How to Make a House Into a Home

Living areas that centre around a television may make for a good movie night, but they don’t foster interaction. Instead of designing your seating area around the television, centre it around a fireplace.

Even if you live in a small home that’s short on room, consider creating a space that’s just for you. For instance, you can quickly transform a corner of a bedroom or living room into a quiet nook with the help of a faux leather armchair, small side table and lamp.
