HEYDUDE Branson Craft Leather Boot Review: Where Comfort Meets Style

Finding a pair of boots that are stylish, comfortable, and practical can feel like searching for a unicorn. As such, I am always up for trying out a new pair and giving them a review!
So when I was offered the chance to get my hands (or rather, my feet) on the HEYDUDE Branson Boot in Craft Leather, I couldn’t wait to see what they were like.
Who Are HEYDUDE?
HEYDUDE is a footwear brand all about combining casual style with ultimate comfort. Originally founded in Italy in 2008, they’ve built a name for themselves with their lightweight, flexible, and ultra-comfy shoes.
No matter if you’re after slip-ons, trainers, or boots, their designs focus on practicality without compromising on style.
Plus, with a growing range of eco-friendly options, they’re stepping up their game when it comes to sustainability.
First Impressions of the Branson Boot
Straight out of the box, these HEYDUDE women’s boots had a stylish yet comfortable look thanks to the soft craft leather upper and boldness of the waved sole against the Chelsea-style boot.
They are a slip-on design, which is made extra easy by the addition of loops to the back to help with getting on and off.
Comfort Levels – Like Walking on Clouds?
If you’ve ever worn HEYDUDE shoes before, you’ll know they have a reputation for comfort, and the Branson Boot is no different. In fact, they include both a removable memory foam insole and an EVA Midsole.
As someone who has to wear orthotics in my shoes, it can be really hard to find shoes that I can easily slide them into. I’ve had to rip out the bottom of shoes on more than one occasion. So, finding these came with a removable insole, which I could easily swap out, was a huge help.
The boots themselves are also super lightweight on my feet. One thing I would say is that they seem to run small. I ordered a size 7, where I normally take a 6-6.5. I did this as the EU size stated was a 40, which I’ve also known as a 6.5 rather than a 7, and I’m very glad I did this as I don’t think a 6 would have fit.
Are They Practical?
Living in the UK, a good grip on my shoes is a must (hello, endless rain). Thankfully, these boots don’t just look good but also have a sturdy sole that provides decent traction.
This means they are perfect for everyday wear, no matter if you are looking to run errands or head out for a casual lunch. While they’re not waterproof, the leather does offer some resistance against the elements, which is always a bonus.
Final Thoughts on The HEYDUDE Branson Boot Review
Would I recommend the HEYDUDE Branson Boot? Absolutely! They’re stylish enough to pair with jeans, leggings, or even a casual dress while still offering the comfort HEYDUDE is known for.
So if you’re after a versatile, comfy, all-day boot that won’t leave your feet aching, these are worth checking out.

Actually the Branson Boot Craft Leather Women, conveniently, because they look equally comfortable, practical and stylish.
My favorite is the Wally Drift Mesh trainers. I would wear them casually.
Wendy Work CE Classic, I would wear them to work.
The Austin Lift Classic would be perfect for me for everyday wear, as they just slip on and off. I’d pair them with jeans for a day of shopping for clothes – no tying and untying laces when trying things on.

I love the look of the Cody Hi Canvas Women’s high tops, I’m a Converse wearer in the summer, and these look more sturdy, so would be great!
