Good Gracious Haircare Review
PR Sample – I was sent three items from the Good Gracious Haircare Collection for consideration on my blog.
I have a love / hate relationship with my hair, particularly these days as I don’t have the energy or ability to style it. As such it just gets tied back and left, however, I still want to try and take the best care possible of it, while on a budget and knowing I will tie it back.
Good Gracious Haircare

New to the scene haircare brand Good Gracious offers a range of shampoos, conditioners and hair masks which are 97% natural, vegan friendly, and free from parabens, petrochemicals, silicone and mineral oils.
What’s more their containers are 100% recyclable, and it has only ever been tested on people and never animals, as well as being made in the UK.
Good Gracious Haircare has launched nationwide at Tesco both online and in-store.
Shampoo and Conditioner from Good Gracious

Good Gracious has released 3 sets of shampoo and conditioner, these are;
The Pink Ones – is a colour care range which is infused with Coconut Oil. Vitamins C and E to help enhance and protect your colour. It is said to offer up a glossy and glamorous finish to the hair.
The Purple Ones – if you are in need of hair smoothing and hydrating then this is the range for you. Packed with Shea Butter, Omega oils and Ceramides to help bring this formula to life.
The Orange Ones – for those whose hair is suffering from being dry, damaged or brittle then orange ones use a mix of Argan Oil, Sweet Almond Oil and Almond Milk to deeply hydrate.
My Thoughts
I personally tried out a mix of the Intense Repair shampoo and the Colour Care conditioner. I’ll be honest and my hair is shoulder length and has had most of the damage cut away over the past few years, in fact, it has come a long way since the days of me cutting it myself. These days I have a professional come out once a month to take care of it, meaning it is probably in the best condition it has been in a long time. As such I think perhaps the Intense Repair shampoo while it worked well, cleaned my hair and I liked it, is probably a bit too rich for long-term use for me. However, it was easy to use, lathered well, rinsed out easily and really cleaned my hair.
For the conditioner, I used the colour care range, and I was really impressed with this, in future, I think I will be trying the matching shampoo. During use, I’ve felt like my hair has kept a little bit more of a vibrant colour over the past month, while once again it is easy to wash out and leaves my hair feeling nourished, smoothed and cared for.
The Crowing Glory from Good Gracious Haircare

Rounding off the range is The Crowing Glory, this hair mask has been made to be the queen of the haircare range, it has been enriched with Coconut Oil, which works well to deeply nourish and repair dry and damaged hair, with the end results helping lead to soft, smooth and super shiny hair!
To use: apply to hair after shampooing, comb through and leave for 3 – 5 minutes (the mask can be left for up to 20 minutes for a more intense treatment).
My Thoughts
This simple-to-use mask is perfect for use in the shower as you don’t have to leave it for too long to get good results. In fact, pop it on and then have a shave while you wait. I found it best to use it once a week at most, however, everyone’s hair care needs will differ.
I feel like Good Gracious has tried to think of ingredients which will really help difference in haircare needs, without having to spend too much. Plus as this is something I can just pick up while doing my weekly shop I am definitely likely to rebuy.
The Good Gracious range can be bought from Tesco (online and in-store) where it costs £5 for the shampoo and conditioner and £6.50 for The Crowning Glory.
What do you think of the sound of this range would you like to try it?

My hair is so difficult, it is thinning on the crown, I have itchy scalp but greasy roots it is just an awful combination
Oh no that sounds horrid to have to deal with, mines a nightmare. For an itchy scalp I love a good scalp scrub, it doesn’t make it better, but I find it gives me a few days relief, the Body Shop tea tree one is the best I’ve found for myself.
Don’t wash hair too often as it’ll strip the natural oils
Try various hair products until you find the ones that work best for your hair type.
Don’t wash your hair too often.
Use a wide-tooth comb to detangle.
Don’t wash with hot water, it should be luke warm.
If you’ve got fine hair, always condition, but don’t use too much, it weighs the hair down
When washing your hair only use conditioner from your ears down so as not to make your roots greasy.
Use Plenty Of Conditioner To Help Your Hair Brush Easier And Make It Feel Lovely And Smooth
Always apply oil, or leave in conditioner to the ends of your hair when it’s damp after a shower. It prevents dry split ends.
I only wash my hair once a week and always rinse with cold water
wash with luke warm water
Don’t wash your hair too often.
My hair is my crowning glory so only the best will do
Not to wash your hair too often maybe. I’m not great with hair tips, I need some tips myself 🙂
never brush your hair wet – it creates more breakages
Looks amazing 🤩
Love the sound of the Orange one and as I’m having forced self care the mask’s sound great
I have been using the Pink ones and I love them!! I wouldn’t mind trying out the others in the range and also the mask
I always use heat protection products when I straighten my hair but am learning to embrace my naturals waves too by trying new styling products.
My tip is to be very gentle when washing your hair, no scrubbing to get it clean, it not dirty just needs refreshing.
Coconut shampoo always smells lush, forever get compliments
The hair mask almost looks good enough to eat!
I always use heat protection spray, and use a leave in conditioner once a week
I try not to use my hairdryer and straightners all the time.
My top hair tip would be not to wash it too much or use heat on it
always make sure you use a proper cleanser shampoo to get rid of any built up products every month or so, this will help keep your hair fresh. also regular trims and deep conditioning once a week helps alot.
Would love to try these new products. My hair has become so wavy over time and always feels like it needs a really good conditioner, these sound perfect.
I had been told once to switch up your shampoo/conditioner every so often to keep your hair from building up a tolerance
Love to try it . Best hair tip I’ve had is from my gran born in the 40s . For greasy hair wash it every 2 or 3 months with fairy washing up liquid . Makes sense really . Amazing on greasy dishes . It really does work
Treat your hair to a deep conditioning treatment once a week or every two weeks. Deep conditioners can replenish moisture, repair damage, and improve the overall health of your hair.
Regular haircuts and not using too many products.
Don’t wash it to often, as it does more damage than good.
I don’t have that much hair. I do what I can!
I always leave conditioner on for at least twenty minutes
Try not to use too much heat on your hair and if you do, use some heat protection on it. My hair is so much healthier now I’ve stopped blow drying and straightening it.
I’ve actually found my hair to be much better since I started drinking more water.
Use a hair mask once a week to keep your hair in good condition
Rinse your hair with cold water to give it an extra shine after washing.
Maintain the strength of your hair by getting it cut regularly to prevent split ends
I recommend using an argan oil hair mask!
I love to deep condition my hair once a week to keep it in good condition
I always leave my hair to dry naturally (appreciate this isn’t practical for everyone!) and use heatless curlers. Heat is hairs worst enemy
These products look fantastic – thanks for the giveaway
A hair mask once a week keeps my hair in the best condition.
use quality products
My top tip is allow your hair to dry naturally at least once a week to dry and stop over heating it
I have not heard of this product range but I am always happy to try out a new product, reasonably priced too
I personally think it’s great when a hair product is made for people with different needs. I too have a love and hate relationship with my hair which is probably why I chose to cut it all off as I just couldn’t watch myself damage it so much. Because I’m very malnourished, it really shows on my hair and it falls out like crazy. But maybe this product can save me from having to cut it again.
So my best tip? Eat well. You won’t believe how much a good diet can affect your hair
Heat a towel and wrap your head, hair ends coated in a good conditioner, and relax with a cup of tea, then rinse well.
used very good products
Don’t use electric appliances to often on your hair.
My top haircare tip is to wash your hairbrushes and combs regularly. I think most people forget to do this!
It sounds like it is lacking in nasties and worth a try
Love the look of Crown of Glory and I bet it smells divine!
I sleep with my hair in a french plait to avoid getting really tangled hair during the night.
Mine is to try not to use too much heat and use protection spray when you do!
I always rinse off conditioner with cooler water for added shine
