The past 18 months have been a bit of a whirlwind and it seems like a very different world these days. However, now a lot of people are heading back to work, having worked from home for many months. While kids are back to spending more time in school.
If you are trying to take your own lunches every day and want something that is unique to carry it in, both in how it looks and how it works then SMASH is a company you need to know about.
Who Are Smash?
SMASH is an iconic Australian company that was founded back in 1999. Since then they have sold an incredible 150 million products, across 26 different countries.
They offer something just a bit different from other companies. Priding themselves on creating a range of fashionable, functional and affordable products which are also sustainable. Helping to do their bit towards saving the planet.
This unique company have been here in the UK since 2008 and sell in some of our biggest stores such as Tesco and Sainsburys.
Therefore it is of little surprise their 2021 collection has something fun and lively for all ages.
Smash Animal Lunch Bag and Stainless Steel Bottle.
Hands up these two pieces have to be my favourite of the collection. Perhaps due to the fact that it features a range of animals styled on a blue backdrop.
In keeping with the companies sustainability ethos, the bag has been made from 99% recycled bottles. While the inside unsurprisingly features the Smash wipe clean, antibacterial lining.
Coming with a useful top handle and offering a size of: H19cm x W20cm x D16cm this bag makes the perfect choice for both everyday use and the occasional putting as well.
The Animal Lunch Bag comes in at £6 and is available to buy from Tesco.
Next up is the Smash Animal Bottle, which has been made from stainless steel which an eco-friendly alternative to plastic. What’s more, it is also clean-tasting, meaning anything drinks, aren’t tainted by the products materials.
The bottle offers a hygienic sipper mouthpiece and is simple and easy to clean. It even offers a carry loop for those who need to think about how to carry their drinks on the go.

What’s more, their prices aren’t going to break the bank. Especially when you think about the eco-friendly side, ease of cleaning and antibacterial insides you find for many of their bags.

It may sound boring but the place I would most like to head for a lunchtime picnic is my back garden on a hot summers day filled with sunshine. You don’t have to travel far, and can enjoy something a bit different in your own private space. My daughter will be playing in our paddling pool and I will be sunbathing, we can get a cheap ice cream from the freezer. It costs nothing, and you also have a accessible toilet close by 😂
