I have reviewed some of their products here on the blog before. However, today, I have a look at some of the perfect gifts for dads this year.
Who is Printster?
If you haven’t heard of Printster before, they are a brand dedicated to creating photographic gifts.
Printster offers a vast product range, has friendly support staff, and prides itself on its UK production.
You can even choose to have your gift delivered to yourself or directly to the recipient.
I picked three items that I thought could be perfect for giving to your dad or father figure this year.
Personalised Mug with Matching Coaster and Chocolate
Many moons ago, I gave my dad a mug with Sally on. Sadly at some point, he broke it. Remembering this, I thought it would be a good time to get him another.
I went for the jumbo mug with a double photo, then paired it with a matching coaster and filled it with chocolate.
The jumbo mug is a new addition to the Printster range and is 15oz in size compared to the 11oz of the original mug. The mug is dishwasher and microwave safe.
The matching coaster is created using one of the photos. The photo is placed on a wooden coaster with a high gloss finish and helps make the perfect pair with the mug.
The jumbo mug comes in at £9.99, with the coaster costing £3.50 and the chocolate £2.99 on top if you want to add them.
Personalised T-Shirt
Another new addition to the Printster range is a selection of personalised t-shirts. Available in 12 colours, you can add any photo or text of your choice.
It is probably of little surprise to people that I decided to get Sally on a t-shirt. I thought this would make a good test to see how well the print came out, and I have to say it looks beautiful. It’s definitely a t-shirt I shall wear a lot this summer.
The t-shirt is 100% polyester and is best washed on a cool wash (30 degrees). It is made using a technique that dyes the fabric rather than just coating it.
The t-shirt with a personalised photo is priced at £14.99.
Wall Mount Photo Panel
One of the first picture gifts that may come to mind for many people is a photo display, so I had to make sure I included one in this guide. As such, I decided to go for this beautiful high gloss finish photo panel.
I used a picture I had taken in Charmouth on one of our Devon holidays. I love visiting this place (the gem store is fantastic), so I thought it would be nice to have a picture to hang up.
You have a choice of three different sizes, including a square option.
The photo panels are solid, making a great alternative to a canvas.
The photo panel starts at £18.95 for a small size.
Overall Thoughts of Father’s Day at Printster
Once again, I was impressed by the quality of the items from Printster, and I personally like the fact that they have such a huge range of products to choose from.
Printster has a website I can see myself using to buy personalised presents for friends and family.
The website is simple to use, making it easy to personalise and perfect your gift.
