  2. My favourite set is the Time to Read, and I would use the 20 minutes for reading one of the books on my bucket list.

    I do love the idea of the Kissing candles though, sadly I have no one here to kiss for twenty seconds, let alone 20 minutes 😁

  3. I would choose the Meditation Candles. I’ve recently got into meditation. It was quite hard at first because my mind is all over the place, but with practice I’m getting better.

  6. I have the perfect person in mind who would benefit from the ‘friendship’ box. She is a busy mum of two, who is always thinking of others before herself. I’d like to remind her to take time for her.

  7. The Meditation Candle set is my favourite. I would close the door, light a candle and lose myself in mindfulness for a few minutes.

  19. I was surprised to see that almost everything is the same candles with different messages on the packaging. So I’m saying my favourite thing is the “candle refills” aka unpackaged candles. 😉

  20. Realised I didn’t even answer your question, bahah! I would go for either the Meditation or Mindfullness candles, and I would use them to meditate, and try to focus on relieving myself of stress and anxiety for those 20 minutes.

  21. These seem like such a great idea. Love the fact they’re 100% bees wax, too. Non-drip sounds really interesting, as well! Easier clean up lol

    They’d be great for 20 minute mediation sessions, and a nice way to time yourself without focusing on the clock.

    The light honey scent would be good for me. With having M.E. and migraines, my sense of smell is very sensitive, so anything too powerful causes me bad headaches. Would certainly love to try them.

  23. I really would like the Relaxation Candles id use them in the evening and sit relax and probably read with a cup of tea

  24. The Mindfulness Candle Set is my fave and i’d use the time to practice some mindfulness and perhaps do some reading

  25. What a fantastic idea, so simple but a perfect way to make sure there’s time set aside to relax.

  26. I would lile the yoga candles. 20 minutes isbperfect to get a bit of practise in during my lunchbreak.

  29. I really like the idea of the ‘Time for Conversation’ candle set. The best gift you can give to someone is time. With my 20 minutes, I’d dedicate the time to connecting with someone, either in person or over the phone.

  30. I’d choose the bathtime set. I would run a steaming, deep bath and play some relaxing music. Bliss.

  31. I like the Chill Out candle set. I would use the twenty minutes to think about nothing, just to clear my mind of stress for a moment of two.

  33. I love the idea of these candles, my favourites are the mummy time and bath time, although I may take more than 20 mins in a nice bubbly bath.

  35. I would try and do some yoga/light stretches. I have terrible posture and I ought to do them more often, having a relaxing, timed candle would help me relax too

  37. I’d love bath time candles. Nothing relaxes me better than bath, so 20 minutes, perfect.

  38. The smell of beeswax is so lovely and makes me feel like we are all sharing nature with love and care.

  42. Bath time candles would be gorgeous! I would use the time to lay back in a bubble bath with a good book and switch off from the real world…just for a little bit. Bliss!

  43. I like the Remembrance Candles. We’ve lost so many precious people lately and it would be good to light one of these & reflect on our memories with those loved ones. As for my 20 minutes, I’m a good daydreamer so I imagine I’d spend them thinking lovely thoughts.

  44. The ‘time for relaxation candles’ for me. I would use the time to got through my phone and work out which photos to print

  45. Bath Time Candles for me. I adore a long soak in the bath in the evenings and happily spend my 20 minutes unwinding in it. Candles make it all the more relaxing.

  47. The mummy time candles for me. I’ll be a new first time mum soon, and I will definitely be needing some ‘me time’. With my 20 minutes, I will have a bath with a face mask..and glass of wine!

  59. I would like the ‘time for’ candles. I like to take a book, a cup of coffee, a candle and one or two cats (very important) up to the polytunnel early in the morning, watch the sun come up, check out the plants and relax while it is quiet.

  67. Sometimes in life we need to find permission to rest. We doubt our integrity when we do, scared of disappointing the people around us and ourselves. But these candles can provide that ‘permission’. It gives us a sense of control over the rest- “it’s only until the candle burns out”. By gifting someone this, you’re telling someone they deserve to rest without judgement. A beautiful idea.
