Boost Your Confidence
For most of my life my confidence has been low, when I was a child I would be first on the stage, showing off, always happy to be centre stage, but when my mental health issues hit and everything that followed, my confidence took a huge hit. But sometimes doing something a bit wild can really boost you, how wild and crazy you go can be up to you. It could be going for a drink a local coffee shop by yourself or dancing the day away randomly in a shopping centre, you could even start small and smile at the next person you pass in the street.
When it comes to common causes of things that effect our confidence research has shown that 9 out of 10 people agree that having clean, fresh breath can help boost their confidence no end and specialized brand CB12 has been designed especially to help everyone have the confidence to know their breath is fresh. In fact it has been clinically proven to help control and fight the causes of bad breath for up to 12 hours.
The latest addition to the CB12 family is the CB12 Boost a unique 2 layered sugar free gum which can provide an instant burst of cool, minty freshness as well as helping to fight bad breath.
To celebrate the coming of CB12 they wanted to help boost people from across the UK and to do it they set up a giant vending machine outside Boots in Westfield Stratford City shopping centre. The booth asked people to complete a simple timed challenge and in return they gained the gift of a confidence boosting tip from Confidence Coach Georgina Elliott as well as a free sample of the new CB12 Boost.
Check up the wacky things just some of the shoppers to visit the booth got up to here:

What a great conference! I think when I take care of myself I feel so much better!
Interesting stuff. This has made me think about my confidence issues and what I can do about it x
I have lost a few pounds recently and that has helped me a lot. I hope to lose more, too.
I love that video. What a cook thing to do in the middle of a mall and what a great marketing tool. I would probably choose a little dance myself. Dancing is so uplifting.
I’m still working on this one but for me I have to remind myself that regardless of what others think I have to like my self first. In the words of RuPaul “If you can’t love yourself how the Hell you gonna love anyone else”
Ha, it’s fun when the grownups act silly on camera. I wouldn’t be caught singing for anyone but that’s because my singing would NOT make them laugh, hahaha I just find that time outside gives me a nice confidence boost/refresher. Not sure why, but it’s surely true. 🙂
Exercise. A solid 45 minutes of cardio will boost your energy (and confidence) for the entire day!
need a bit of a boost
For me, losing weight was a huge confidence booster. Also, straightening my hair from being curly helped!
