Autumn Blues
I love autumn, it has to be one of my favourite months, though it does leave me slightly sad, seeing the sun start hiding away again and the leaves, even with the beautiful colours they turn to, leaving behind the bare branches on the trees. However I’m turning that frown upside down, by grabbing the autumn blues by the hands and coming out swinging with some great – blue outfit ideas (it is after all my favourite colour).
I’ve tracked down my perfect bursting with blue jewellery pieces:
Lately I’ve been drawn to sapphire pieces, I’m not sure why, it never used to be a gem that really struck me – but all of a sudden the wonderful deep blue hue of it just draws me in and makes me want to own more and more. So I have set about trying to find my perfect pieces and the other night I can across these two pieces from Vashi, which both are screaming at me to own them.
Diamond and Blue Sapphire Ring – RRP £399
This ring is just gorgeous, featuring 5 sapphires and 4 diamonds in gradually descending sizes, it offers a simple design, that is just so eye catching. To look at and with the simplicity of the design, I really think it could be worn both for day to day wear, as well as being wonderfully dressed up for a night out.
Diamond and Blue Sapphire Pendant – RRP £999
This has to be the perfect pendant to team with the ring, also featuring a beautiful blue sapphire, it looks like it would catch the light in all the right ways, with the flower shaped diamonds and oval sapphire and coming on an 18 inch chain it for me at least hangs around the perfect length.
So there you have my turning the blues around pieces of jewellery and I can say for sure I really hope I can get myself some more beautiful sapphire pieces this autumn.

Oh I love these sapphires but those prices are a little too high for me. Maybe I can convince hubby to get me something for a special occasion.

This is my first official fall and winter and I am loving the changes. I am from Florida where everything stays the same so those bare sad trees look completely different to me! I love that ring, I bet receiving that under a Christmas tree would turn our frown upside down!

Fall has always been my favorite season! It’s always been kind of like my New Year’s and I feel recharged and ready for anything. I guess it stems back to when I was still in school. I love the sapphire pieces they are gorgeous and also my favorite stone!
