    I know this is an old post of yours but I’m so glad that I came across it. Your honesty is truly inspiring and, although we are all different, I can definitely empathise with you.

    I just want to thank you for writing such a truthful post. I found myself nodding to the things you had written and it is such a comfort knowing that the dogmatic stigma that comes with mental health issues should be challenged.

    You’ve helped many people with this post, Sarah, I know that you have helped me find some strength from reading your post. Knowing that you’re not ‘alone’ is such a comfort.

  4. thank you Sarah for being brave enough to share this interesting blog with us,Although mental health issues are getting better there is still a little stigma attached to them, I suffer with bi polar have done for most of my adult life, most of the time with medication I’m fine, I’ve never shared this publicy before, however your honest writing gave me the strength to do it so thank you xx
