Christmas at Prezzybox
If you are stuck on ideas of what to buy this Christmas and fancy something a bit different or silly, then Prezzybox has some wonderful suggestions waiting for you. I have been lucky enough to be gifted a couple of my favourite items, they have on offer this year and with the pocket friendly prices, they are selling at, you won’t be breaking the bank by buying them.
So what ideas do I have for you?
Jelly Baby Lamp – Pink – £14.95
I can’t remember when I first came across these lamps, but I have fancied one ever since, they actually come in a number of different colours but hey you have to home some pink your life and the pink ones just so happen to be one of my favourite flavours as well.
Each Jelly Baby lamp is made from a soft silicon material and is lit by a number of bright LED lamps that are placed in the feet, these are turned on easily by just squeezing the tootsies! The lamps are powered by 2 x AA batteries, which are included. However, I found that I was able to switch my lamp on just once (and only for a couple of minutes) before I needed to replace them, so if yours doesn’t work when it arrives, don’t panic just quickly swap the batteries.
The lamp most definitely is a novelty item, rather than anything you are going to be able to see by, we have ours on the fireplace in the lounge and it gets switched on in the evening to help bring a softer light to the room if for some reason don’t want to turn the main lights on.
Personally I think the Jelly Baby Lamp is a fantastic gift idea for those who both like novelty lamps and Jelly Baby fans.
Jelly Belly Fragranced Candle Tin – Very Cherry – £4.95
Previously I had become quite disillusioned by candles such as these, as they had lacked a lot on the fragrance front and came across more as a novelty for those who love the brand than anything else. However, so far I have been pleasantly surprised by this Jelly Belly candle.
Unlit the candle offers quite a strong fragrance close up, however, once it is lit, you can smell it gently filling the room around you, with the Very Cherry in particular offering a lovely uplifting scent. At the moment Prezzybox have two Jelly Belly scents on offer, the Very Cherry I have and a Bubble Gum fragrance, which I have to admit I would love to smell.
The Candle Tin’s offer up a burn time of around 16 hours and I have to say would make a lovely stocking filler, while the larger jar sized candles offer 60 hours of burn time and would make a perfect main present for any Jelly Belly or candle fan.
Personally I think I will definitely have to treat myself to a Bubble Gum tin at some point, as I have to say I am definitely impressed with the scent of my Very Cherry candle so far.
Dog Dress Up Hanger – £9.25 (on sale at the moment for £6.95)
Last but by no means least we have this oh so cute dog hanger, once again these are something I have seen a number of times before and have often wondered about getting. So it is a pleasure to finally have one.
Personally I think they are the perfect present for dog lovers, who just so happen to have a quirky sense of humour and love of fashion as well. On Prezzybox at the moment there is a choice of two different designs, the Dalmatian you can see above and a Pug, each of which is looking very cool in their own clothing. But you can of course dress them as you wish, as once you have popped your clothes onto the hanger, they look as though they are wearing them.
While this is probably in all honesty not something I would have ever got around to buying for myself, I have a feeling he might just pop up on the blog every now and again and he will definitely hold some favourite clothing at other times.
So there you have three gifts I am loving this Christmas from Prezzybox. I hope perhaps they may give you an idea for a present you are stuck on.
