I PromiseWhen it comes to Valentines, sometimes it’s not the big presents that mean the most, but the small things, the things that you do every day, like the I love you, you say each day before you part, or the hugs and smiles when you meet again at the end of the day, to the fact you do the washing up as you know your other half hates it, while they do the washing as they know it’s your pet hate and that is where the idea of I Promise comes in – it puts those thoughts and little everyday things into words making for a most charming gift.

Putting together your I Promise is easy, you start with a choice of royal blue case with gold letters, cream cards and blue / beige details or as I went for red case with white foil letters and cream cards with red / grey detailing, pop in who they are for and from then set about making your promises.

I PromiseThe site offers a bank of icons for the centre as well as a whole host of ‘ideas’ on what you might like to make as a promise just in case you aren’t quite sure what to put yourself (as of course you can use your own wording as well). As your make and change your cards the site offers previews of each card so you knew exactly what your finished card will come out looking like – in fact the website is one of the most user friendly I have come across guiding you through every step.

Once you have finished personalising your cards, I Promise print and send them directly to you in a plain envelope to make sure no surprises are spoilt, the card used is high quality with each card looking perfect in presentation and is definitely a memento that can and should be kept for a lifetime.

Personally I completely adore this idea and think it is something so special, romantic (if you want it to be) and personal that could be used for many occasions and not just for giving to your loved one but to family and friends as well.
