The Perfect Home Scents from PFK Wellbeing
Over the past few months, I’ve been sharing some pictures on Instagram of the amazing candles and diffuser scents that PFK Wellbeing offer.
Today I thought I would round up the whole collection and share with you here on the blog, more about this fantastic small business and the fragrances they offer.
PFK Wellbeing.

PFK Wellbeing is run by Paula – the busy Mum of two. At times, as well do she found herself overwhelmed with everything life throws at us.
During this period, she found her happy place with yoga, there on her yoga mat she found strength and calm. She believed in the benefits so much she became a yoga teacher. Her initial dream was to run a yoga retreat, which she quickly managed to fulfil.
However, from there it grew.
Sadly, her Mum became quite ill and with respiratory issues, she struggled to use man-made scents around the home. So, using her love of essential oils Paula made her Mum a candle, to help surround her with natural aromas and scents. Alongside using the scents to help ease anxiety and help her find her happy place.
The candle was a huge success and soon friends and family were asking Paula to make them. She decided to make candles that not only were beautifully fragranced but also offered certain benefits.
Paula kindly sent me a selection of her candles and diffusers to try out at home.
No 1 – Invigorate.

I have to admit this is a scent I need a lot at the moment I am definitely not feeling full of energy and my strength is rather depleted.
As you can perhaps see from the photo scent 01 includes a mix of; lemon and lime blended with eucalyptus as well as cypress and bergamot.
These have been carefully chosen to go together to help energise, clear the mind and balance your emotions. Bringing together a blend which will help bring energy and life to your home.
I personally think it was fate this one was sent to me in diffuser form as honest, energy is something I do struggle with and having something which will fragrance continuously to hopefully uplift me is a big thing.
All of the items from PFK come in a range of products; large and small candles, tealights, wax melts and diffusers.
When it comes to the diffusers you are looking at paying £25 for 100ml, which I think for such a well-blended, wonderfully scented, pure fragrance is so well priced.
No 2 – Relax.

We all need help relaxing from time to time and No 2 is perhaps a fragrance for all homes.
To me this is a candle that offers something different to others, I’ve always admitted to being a big fan of lavender candles and in my time have tried many. I, however, can’t remember many which live up to the fragrance offered by No 2.
Alongside lavender to help calm, you will find patchouli to relieve anxiety. These two scents are beautifully balanced out with lemon and rosemary.
To me, this is a scent that works beautifully both as a candle and reed diffuser. However, if you are wanting to use it in your bedroom, I would certainly think about going for the diffuser. As this will allow the fragrance to continuously circulate the room, no matter the time of day.
The candle you see in the photo is a small candle from PFK and comes in at a reasonable £15 for 15 hours burn time.
No 3 – Uplift.

You know sometimes when you open a package and a fragrance hits you and you think, that’s the one. I love this. For me, that was No 3 – Uplift.
This scent really lives up to its name, it just bound to uplift your mood the moment you smell it.
It’s a very refreshing scent, which also helps uplift the mind thanks to the inclusion of lemongrass, rosemary and peppermint.
It is the perfect fragrance to set up when you’re feeling a bit blue.
I found it interesting that my favourite fragrance was the one I was sent in tealight form and think it speaks highly for this company. Personally, I often find scented tealights are a bit underwhelming, not really living up to larger versions. This, however, is far from the truth with PFK Wellbeing, so don’t be afraid to try small or buy big.
A pack of 3 tealights comes in at £12, with each tealight burning for around 4 hours each.
No 4 – Balance.

If you need to bring a bit of balance into your life, then this candle is for you.
Bringing together grapefruit, bergamot and patchouli, this candle is blended to help relieve tension and bring back balance to your emotions.
This candle offers a rich deep aroma, that really does feel like it is balancing the senses when lit.
Personally, I think this is a wonderful candle to use if you like to meditate to try and release tension from the day and just rebalance your mind and body.
Once again this is the small candle, which offers up to 15 hours of fragrance for £15.
No 12 – Joy.

Last but no means least is No 12 – Joy.
This is a very festive fragrance, which has been put together with the idea of a Canadian Christmas. It was put together Paula, using fond memories of a Christmas spent in Canada.
This is very much a gift candle; it comes complete with a copper lid (you can buy these lids separately if wanted with other fragrances both in copper and silver). The box complements the lid, with the hints of copper on it as well.
This festive fragrance includes scents such as rosemary, mandarin, clove, fir needles, pine and eucalyptus. Which all come together to offer a Christmas fragrance with a difference.
One thing to know about this fragrance is it is a limited edition, so if you like the sound of it make sure you head over and get some now as once it’s gone, it is gone.
This particular candle is available in large only and comes in at £30 and offers 30 hours of fragrance.
For large candles in any other sent they cost £25 for 30 hours of fragrance, while lids can be added to any order for £3.75 each in either silver or copper.
Conclusion.
So there you have the 5 wonderful fragrances you can get from PFK Wellbeing, each one of them is simply amazing both in scent and how it works to help change both your mood and the feeling around you.
If you are looking to buy candles this year which are made from pure essential oils and made thinking about how aromatherapy interacts with us. Using soy wax and cotton wicks – then this PFK Wellbeing is a brand for you.

That’s such a lovely story about how she started her company. I’ve not been burning candles as much being back home, but I can’t wait to move and have them burning all the time x
I always find it so interesting to know why and how a company started for some reason.

I’m a huge believer in the power of scent. What a great collection of candles and sprays. I Love candles and always have a few around the house.
I find it really does change how I am feeling at times – it is incredible what scent can do.
I didn’t know about their scents. I saw several oil combinations that I use myself. I love it when that happens.
Oh wow that is amazing – I am really bad at thinking what scents can go together it is something I wish I could do.
I love the more natural scents you get from candles or diffusers.
I am the same, I think you can tell the difference most of the time.
My house is filled with candles at this time of year. I’ll have to check out this brand, love the sound of the different ingredients.
There is nothing quite like having a candle burning in the winter is there?
Nice to add a bit of flavour to your home. Thanks for sharing.
I am so there with it – makes all the difference I think.
I love things that smell good, and gravitate towards fruity scents. I tried a diffuser once and couldn’t smell anything, is there a trick to using one?
You need to get one with good oil – but I’ve had some that last weeks. Personally what I do is put the reeds in and then turn after an hour or so to try and soak the oil from both ends, then I turn again around the 24-hour mark. After that I do it every 2 – 4 days, but I do like quite a lot of scent, so just turn as it feels right to you. When I can’t smell it anymore after turning I know it’s time of a new one.
PFK look like they have some wonderful products, the scents sound absolutely amazing. I am definitely going to be checking them out.
They really are good – you would love them!!
I love scented candles! I would enjoying trying these candles in my own home. They would also make wonderful gifts!
They definitely would make amazing gifts, I’m tempted to add some to my gift lists through the year.
Anything clean + pure using clean essential oils is a win in my book. The packaging is beautiful too!
It is lovely isn’t it – it definitely has it’s own branding – stands out from the crowd.
These sound fab, I can’t tolerate a lot of the scented candles on the market as I have asthma and suffer with migraines due to very strong smells, I would love to try these.
Oh gosh, yes that is something I have heard of before. Ones made with pure essential oils and soy wax are definitely worth trying over those with synthetic scents.
I love candles when I’m home, and oils and diffusers when away. These scents sound so amazing!
They are absolutely incredible honestly – it was hard to put them into words.
This sounds like a pretty amazing brand. I have to look into getting these scents for my home.
Honestly do! They are really great and it’s always nice to support small businesses as well.
I love using candles and oils that are made from essential oils. Her blends sound so heavenly and inviting. Something I’d definitely use in my home!
She has made them so well, they are still comforting but also different from others I have tried before.
I tend to really enjoy the light, pleasant scent of lavender so the No.2 one sounds really nice. I’d have it in my office!
There is something wonderful about lavender and number 2 is a lovely relaxing scent.
I love candles and light them around the house a lot, I have not tried these scents from PFK but love the idea of the essential oils being included. I would love to get this collection next as I love natural scents.
I hope you get to try them as they a step up from many candles and smell incredible
I’m a sucker for candles. I need to try these PFK ones, I am a little late to the oils game, but I finally took the plunge and see how much stronger and better they are for holding scent.
They are interesting to use aren’t they essential oils – it amazes me how some people can blend them.
The JOY candle is my favorite scent combo from your list. My husband got me a few soy based candles for Christmas this year — my favorite gift. I love filling my home with beautiful scents.
Soy ones burn so well don’t they and I’m sure they help with spreading the fragrance more around the home.
This is great! Especially because I have a friend who comes over and talks about the many sprays I have in my house to mask the odors, this would be much smarter looking alternatives!
They are great honestly – there is nothing like having a good smelling home is there?
I am definitely not feeling full of energy. I need help relaxing from time to time but with a baby around it’s quite difficult for me. But those candles….the idea sounds amazing. I need to try 🙂
Oh bless you – I hope you get some downtime to relax and unwind at some point.
I love my scented candles the stronger the better in my eyes I’m open to trying new fragrances
I have to admit I love a strong one, I do suffer with my sense of smell these days but candles are still a must.
I am obscessed with keeping my house smelling good. Those PFK scents sound so nice so i would love to find them here in the states.
I’ll have to ask if they ship over to the US for you as I actually don’t know!
How nice. I do like candles, that’s for sure. I usually always have one going since we have cats who can stink up the house.
It is nice and relaxing isn’t it – I’ve noticed it is such a common thing these days as well to have some burning when people visit.
I do love scented candles and reed diffusers, I have not tried this range before but love the sound of them especiallu using natural aromas x
It is so good honestly, it makes you feel good about having them around your home too.
