Tea & Tonic Bright and Awakening Halen Môn Body Scrub Review
PR Sample – I was sent a Tea & Tonic Bright and Awakening Halen Môn Body Scrub for consideration on my blog.
Are you looking for a luxurious, sustainably sourced body care and tea brand, which is based right here in the UK?
Then Tea & Tonic is a brand you need to know about.
Who is Tea & Tonic?

Based in the Surrey Hills, in a converted barn within the grounds of Loseley House, you will find the Tea & Tonic base, surrounded by wildlife, streams and walled gardens.
This unique spa brand uses adaptogen herbs to help create a unique brand of products. Adaptogen herbs have the ability to adapt to the needs of the body, bringing about a sense of balance and strength. This helps to promote both skin health and overall wellness. You can read more about adaptogens and their unique properties here.
All of the products made by Tea & Tonic use a range of British-grown additives. They source their 100% natural ingredients from high-quality sources which are sustainable, fresh and as close in location as possible.
To make sure their products are as fresh as possible when reaching the customer, they are all made in small batches. All their items are free from animal testing, however, some do include honey, which has been responsibly sourced and a vegan alternative is offered.
Bright and Awakening Halen Môn Body Scrub

I was kindly offered the chance to choose a product from their range to try. I decided to go with the Bright and Awakening Halen Môn Body Scrub.
Using Halen Môn Salt, which has been hand harvested from the queen’s coastline, via the pure charcoal-filtered seawater of Anglesey. This really is a luxury spa product, which is 100% natural and cruelty-free.
This scrub has been carefully blended to offer an awakening, brightening and rejuvenating experience for the body and mind. As you massage the scrub into wet skin in circular motions the salt works to soften and tone the skin as it is washed away. This works in perfect harmony with the enriched oils which help to moisturise the skin.
Oils within this scrub include; Lavender, Safflower, Marigold, Hemp, Ginseng and Bergamot to name a few. It is also worth noting this particular blend does include beeswax.
What did I think of the Bright and Awakening Halen Môn Body Scrub?

I found this to be a really luxurious spa-quality product. It is rich in oils which help moisturise, however, the salt isn’t too harsh on the skin, yet leaves it feeling wonderfully smooth and soft.
As the tonic used is particularly blended to help uplift and awaken the mind, it is perfect for use in the morning. While its beautiful scent makes you feel like you are in the midst of a top-quality spa.
The Bright and Awakening Halen Môn Body Scrub is presented in a glass jar. Allowing all the packaging to be completely recyclable. However, you can also get refill pouches of 200g or 500g worth of product. The 500g, in particular, offers a large saving.
I really can’t think of any part of the Tea & Tonic body scrub I was disappointed with. Especially as they have really made it an uplifting experience to use. It is completely unsurprising they have won awards with this product, and I think there may be more to come.
The Bright and Awakening Halen Môn Body Scrub comes in at £38 for a 200g jar.
