Snugg iPad 4 Executive Case Cover and Stand in Baby Blue PU Leather: Review
I don’t think it’s much of a secret I love my iPad, when I won it the beginning of last year, I would never have thought it would become quite as well used as it has. In the day I often sit tapping away on my laptop while I run catch up on the iPad next to it, while at night I use the kindle app to catch up on the latest book I am reading, but with all this usage going on – it of course needs a good supportive case, that takes being lugged around, sometimes being dropped while standing up as well and keeping the screen protected.
In the time I’ve had my iPad I’ve gone through a few cases, my first was a cheap one off eBay, which actually worked really well, but was brought as a tide over while I waited for a more expensive one to arrive from a friend who didn’t need it – oddly I found the more expensive didn’t offer the ‘sleep / wake’ standby setting which the cheap one did, this finding peeked my curiosity with iPad cases and just how different they can be.
Snugg iPad 4 Executive Case Cover and Stand in Baby Blue PU Leather
Last week I was offered the chance to review this executive case and cover from Snugg, a company I had heard a lot about and had often wondered what their products were like.
The Snugg iPad 4 Executive Case Cover and Stand comes in a total of 14 colours and is also available for the iPad 2.3 and air as well as the iPad mini and mini retina, the case is made of PU Leather and features 3 card pockets, 2 position stand (one of which is perfect for face time), hand loop, stylus holder, as well as a larger pocket which could fit a sheet of folded up A4 or prompt cards perfectly. It also features cut outs for the camera, speaker, buttons and charger point, with the inside made of a nubuck type material, a soft magnetic closing is fitted at the top two corners, which helps activates the sleep / wake feature.
The first thing I do when I get a new case now is check if it has a sleep / wake feature that works and I can say with this one it definitely does, I’m the sort of person who will often just flip the cover over when I pop off to do something and if I’m carrying my iPad around I found, on the odd occasion, I would accidently end up setting something off – so for me at least, it is a helpful feature.
The case itself seems to be well made, with a soft touch interior that helps make your iPad just a little more cared for while it is shut away. I personally haven’t as of yet found much use for the pockets, but I can imagine in future they will be fab for tucking in other bloggers cards and the odd press realise I might need to keep close at hand. The hand strap again I personally haven’t used, but I could see it coming in very useful for someone who is giving a presentation and needs to keep their iPad in a steady, easy to view place.
The main downside to me is the standing positions you can either have it standing almost straight up or lying down, neither of which are quite right for watching programmes on while I tap away on the laptop – of course this isn’t a big thing, just me being picky.
So over all this case gets a thumbs up for me, it has all the main features I would look for and it keeps my iPad nice and safe. So if you are looking for a practical case for your iPad I think the Snugg iPad 4 Executive Case Cover and Stand in Baby Blue PU Leather is well worth a look into (and you may be glad to know the colours available to do include black and brown if you wanted a more professional look).
The Snugg iPad 4 Executive Case Cover and Stand in Baby Blue PU Leather costs £44.99 and can be brought now from the Snugg website.
What do you think of the look of this case, could you see yourself using it?

Love the colour of that case, i have a fab pink one my fiancée got me with my ipad very similar too!
What a gorgeous colour, I have an obsession with gadgety cases as you can probably tell if you see my site, Im also quite fussy on what style I like and its this folio design i swear by for all my devices. Great review.
I love the colour! Love the doggie ornament too!
I love the color, and the fact that it has a lot of pockets! I’d love to have something like this!
Thanks very much for this, I really like the look of it and need a decent iPad case. The first one I bought from Tesco didn’t even have a cut-out for the camera and the 2nd cheap purchase off ebay has a rubbish magnetic catch which often leaves the iPad on! Will have a look at purchasing one of these now.
I love the color of that case! Mine is boring black, but I’d be willing to trade up!
I love this case! I don’t have an iPad but if I did I would want this case for it.
That is a very nice case. I love the blue color.
I love the style of that case. The stand is a nice feature to have. We have to have a extremely rugged one for ours because our 4 year old uses it the most.
hi thanks for the review i will be looking into this brand as it sounds perfect for my ipad mini and look really great thank you x
The stand looks fab – I’ve not got an ipad myself but when I have used them I’ve been surprised at how heavy they are and often find my wrist aches!
I don’t own a I pad or a I anything yet. I have a tablet and a cellphone but this would be very cool to try.
Love this case! That blue color is so adorable and the case looks were proactive. I’ve been looking for a new iPad case recently and so thinking about going for a leather case.
I love my iPad too, when I got it I didn’t think I’d use it that much and worried about the waste of money but I use it all the time. It’s especially good for taking notes in lectures! Cases are a big thing for me so this review was really helpful! Definitely considering investing!
I really like it and I have been shopping for a new case recently. I really liked the pockets. I would think they are for business cards. Thanks for the review.
