Skincare Christmas Gift Ideas 2025

Countdown with a beauty Advent Calendar.
These days, Christmas starts early, and there is no better way to count down to the big day during December than with a beauty advent calendar.
Gone are the days when we all had chocolate in our advent calendars. These days you can find all kinds of advent calendars with everything from wine and craft beers to trivia and even cheese.
Of course, some wonderful beauty advent calendars are available to mark down the days of December, which contain both sample and full-size products. It often works out great value for money when you buy the calendar rather than the individual products.
Some of my favourite beauty advent calendars include the Birchbox advent calendar and the Holland & Barrett Clean Beauty advent calendar.
Skincare Gift Sets.
One big gift this year is the skincare gift set. Places like The Skin Clinic are amazing at putting together sets of best-selling products.
Their Environ Gift Set is cleverly put together to target your skin type.
So all you need to know about the recipient is what their skin needs, something a bit easier to ask than a favourite brand or product.
Crackers.
Something that seems to have grown in popularity is a skincare cracker.
These festive gift sets often feature a miniature of a cult product and are much better for your skin (and the environment) than the traditional plastic-filled Christmas crackers.
While you can, of course, buy these ready-made, you could take it a step further and DIY one with some of your favourite products for others to try.
Create a Hamper.
Following on from the idea of DIYing crackers, one of my favourite things to do is to create a beauty hamper.
This allows me to share some of my favourite skincare and beauty products with friends and family for Christmas and give them something you find works for you.
Look for products suitable for all skin types. Adding products suitable for everyone means that no matter who you are gifting, they should find something which works well for them.

I’ve thought of getting a poshy skincare advent calendar for my mother in law as a gift because imagine opening up all the windows on Christmas day! That will keep her busy!
My other half has ordered me a crystal advent for my present so I’ll probably open it all on Christmas day! Eeek!

I think that making your own hampers are the most fun and it’s great to get creative. I’d have never thought of putting skin care goodies in a cracker; that’s such a fun idea.
It is a fun thing to do I always think, putting together something a bit more special for each person.
I like to gift skincare as gifts to my sister as she really loves to treat and pamper her skin! She prefers natural products so I try to give her something new to try.

I have two tween daughters that I am desperately trying to teach the importance of skincare. I love the idea of a skincare Advent calendar to make getting new products exciting to receive and try. There’s so much to learn and everyone’s skin is different so there’s a bit of a learning curve.
I think that is one of the perfect times to get something like this as it allows them to try all different things.
