I recently reviewed the Reflex Active Black Pro Earbuds, however if you missed that post, Reflex Active are a brand that focuses on smart watches. They believe that you shouldn’t have to compromise on style or benefits or have to pay a lot for a good-performance smart watch.
As such they are offering competitive pricing, and stylish watches with good capabilities.
Reflex Active Series 15 Smart Watch
Their most recent release is the series 15 watch, which added in a calling function to their range, allowing you to receive and dial out calls from your watch. The feature itself offers hands-free calling which means if you have put your phone away you can still make sure you never miss a call.
However, what other features are included with the Reflex Active Series 15?
Offering a built-in heart rate monitor, multiple sports tracking, daily step count and music control, as well as sleep tracking, alongside a movement and drink water reminder function.
The dial can be edited as you wish, and include just the date and time, or a more complex set-up which can include; heart rate, step count and more. The watch itself comes with 4 pre-loaded options, however once connected to the app you can create your own custom dial or choose from many more pre-set designs.
Not enough for you yet? The watch can also be used to control your camera, help find your phone, be used as a torch and includes breathing exercises as well.
Connection to your phone is via an app which is available for Android and iOS which once installed can be quickly used to view your statistics, as well as edit settings, set up notifications and set goals. Meaning this watch really is an all-in-one device for your wrist.
Size wise the case is 36mm with a 1.69″ active touch screen.
My Thoughts on the Reflex Active Series 15 Smart Watch
I’d never really thought about using a smart watch before, after all, I can’t get out and about much and when I am I’m in a wheelchair. However, I was amazed to see how quickly I got used to wearing it and how useful it had become.
Unsurprisingly I set up my own custom dial face and set it to just show the date and time. While for notification settings I asked it to show me messages, calls and reminders to drink water every half hour throughout the day. I also set it to be silent mode from 11pm until 9am, meaning all notifications would be muted.
Personally, I found it interesting to see how much I slept – as I’ve always thought I slept a lot, however, the watch showed the opposite with me waking a lot and hardly sleeping, which might explain why I spend a lot of time so fatigued.
Overall, I was really impressed and it really showed me how a smart watch can be useful. As such I think for anyone who is wondering if they should try one, they should definitely give it a try.
The Reflex Active Series 15 Smart Watch, is most definitely aimed at people who are trying to increase their fitness and want to track their progress towards goals, however, that isn’t all it can be used for.

From what I’ve read up about the Reflex smart in my opinion this watch is a good value smart watch. I my self am going to purchase this particular watch today this Reflex smart watch has all the essential functions that i need the activities i do and also its as stylish and the other smart watches on the market. I’m sure i won’t be disappointed with my purchase of the Reflex smart watch and from what I’ve read from other people’s on line reviews of recommendations am confident this smart budget watch will be the right watch for me .
Trying to alter watch face so it shows my steps but it won’t. Watch face only lit for couple of seconds then have to switch it in and start again been hours at the thing Can’t fine steps anywhere on the bloomin thing. Any ideas please.

As advised, the step count is based off wrist movement.
If the watch does not suit your needs regretfully, we could only suggest returning the watch to the place of purchase for a refund.

I’m sorry this wasn’t a good product for you – I can only comment on my own experiences with each product I speak about and I’m always interested to hear about how others find it as well.

It now won’t connect to the Internet
Sorry I’ve never used their phones – might be worth getting in touch with their customer services or the company you bought it from.
I got one and it made me do a firmware update which had weird symbols (maybe chinese or Japanese) do you know what it means/have you had a firmware update before?
I don’t I’m afraid – it might be worth contacting them directly to see if they can help?
Not happy with this watch at all! I can’t see the writing/time on the face when outside (too glary from the sun, even in the shade). I mainly bought it to record my steps, but even the steps aren’t accurate. My friend’s fit bit records 2,000 steps more than mine each time we go for a walk. It’s a case of “you pay for what you get”. Not happy Jan 🙁
I have one of these that I used once, I really should get it back out as I know I don’t do enough steps

why has my watch recorded 502 steps when I have only walked to the bathroom?
This would be a question best placed to the maker of the watch, as I am unsure of the reasons myself.
Looks a really good watch, and great value too compared to the more expensive branded watches.

I judge a watch very much on its looks – not on how smart it is or its connectivity to the web. I like the face just as it is – clean, classic, easy to read. Very smart (no pun intended!)
I can understand that – I think for me a watch in many ways became obsolete as I always have my phone nearby – I actually find the added benefits of a smart watch have made me wear one more often rather than just on more special occasions.
I can’t get over how much the dog on the watchface looks like my dog! Bargain compared to the main smart watches

I have always wanted a watch like this, particularly to track my steps. I have looked at Apple watches but they are way too expensive so this watch would be ideal.
Yes! This is the perfect sort of use for it – you can easily connect it to your phone and keep a record as well.
I have never owned a smart watch but I do really want one and at £59.99 it is a lot more affordable than a lot of smart watches out there. I love that it has ability to track sleep steps and my heart rate but most importantly I love the fact it can take calls as well
It is really good – the call feature connects via Bluetooth so really simple to set up and use!
