Pore Favor Skincare Review
PR Sample – I was sent some skincare from Pore Favor for consideration on my blog. The links included in this post are affiliate links, buying via these links costs you nothing more but I get a small amount from the company.
Since my teens, I have struggled with my skin and while it has gotten better, I am still prone to breakouts. It can sometimes feel like a battle you are losing when a new spot appears.
Over the years I’ve come to believe that I will never completely rid myself of breakouts, as they often happen when I am run down. However, a good skincare product can definitely help. This is where companies like Pore Favor come in to help.
Who is Pore Favor?

Pore Favor are a skincare company whose signature product is a skincare supplement. This supplement is said to offer up clear skin in 90 days, or your money back. Their supplement is both backed by science and endorsed by dermatologists.
Due to the fact I take a number of medications which can interact with different ingredients, I decided not to try out their supplements. However, I did give some of Pore Favors skincare products a go.
AHA & BHA Anti-Blemish Face Wash

Pore Favor has come up with a powerful anti-blemish face wash, which contains 7% AHA and 2% BHA, alongside Willow Bark and Houttuynia Cordata extract.
This face wash is made to help wash away dead skin cells, helping to keep pores clear, while excess sebum is washed away.
The wash itself is creamy and rich and turns into a luxurious foam, with a fresh scent. While the product is cruelty-free and vegan.
Personally, I feel like this particular face wash works well with my normal / oily skin. However, I feel like it might be a bit too much for those with dry skin.
I found it left my skin feeling soft and smooth, while over time it brightened my skin as well. I still had minor breakouts during the time of using this wash. However as I said at the beginning I believe this is due to my hormones, rather than clogged pores and oily skin, which I do think this wash helped.
The anti-blemish face wash comes in at £19.99 (or you can save 20% by subscribing).
Blemish Serum

Next up is the blemish serum which contains 9 active ingredients including; tea tree oil, salicylic acid, and liquorice extract.
Once again the serum has been blended to help fight spots, Alongside killing bacteria, reducing pores and reducing redness.
The serum is applied to the face after cleansing and toning and before moisturising. This particular serum has a deep scent, due to the tea tree and liquorice, which I liked. However, I do think might not be for some.
I feel like out of the two products, although I liked them both this was my favourite. It really seemed to work with my skin type and even using multiple pumps a day I will have got a good 2+ months of use from it.
Once again I think this helped keep the breakouts from blocked pores at bay. While it definitely helped soothe and calm my skin, working against redness.
The blemish serum comes in at £23.99 or you can subscribe and save for 20% off.
Overall Thoughts on Pore Favor
I was impressed with both these products and how well they worked, especially with my skin type. While I do try and look for cruelty-free and vegan skincare these days, which both of these products are.
The price points are middle of the road, which I think is far for such items and I do like you can save when you subscribe.
Overall these are items I could see myself buying again.

These sound good, I do struggle with my combination skin, it can get really oily in some areas
It’s so hard isn’t it finding the right skincare – I still struggle with breakouts even now.
Love to try or even help with a review acne skin here…♥️
since hitting 40 my skin has been awful, this seems like a good one to try 🙂 hopefully itll be as amazing as it sounds
I hope they help if you give them a try! Hormones are awful for the skin!
Love the name, very Spanish sounding! Wouldn’t mind trying this out, see if it can get rid of the pesky blackheads I keep getting, nothing seems to get rid of them
Oh no what a nightmare for you – I have to admit I’ve been really liking the serum in particular.
Saviour – i have been looking for a new skincare routine!
Let me know how you get on if you decide to give them a try!
Would love to try this out as would my girlfriend, this looks really good.
They are a great range, well worth looking into if you need a new skincare regime.
I’d love to try this out. I find it so annoying that I still get spots and get self conscious about them
It’s so hard isn’t it – I thought as I started getting them really young I would finish early but no – mid-thirties and still spotty.
I would love to give this a try, great for breakouts on my sensitive skin, not too bad a price either
Definitely worth trying – the serum is my favourite I think I have to say, I would definitely rebuy and try more.
The serum sounds fab, I suffer with breakouts and I am 41. I have never had breakouts this bad before but I am assuming it is hormonal!
Oh no I am so sorry you are struggling with breakouts! I think we need to get over the idea you only get them as teens for sure.
I read up on skin care alit this is interesting!
I’m so glad you found it interesting to read.
I might have a read about their skincare suppliment!
Definitely worth having a read into if you are looking for skincare supplements.
brilliant name, so witty!LOL! cannot stop thinking about Manuel from Faulty Towers now! LOL!
It is fantastic isn’t it – I love the name, I am so caught on names at times.
This looks lovely and refreshing for my skin 🙂 Especially the serum!
The serum is definitely a winner I feel like it works really well with my skin.
This is not my problem – I need to attack the wrinkles!!
I am very lucky with my skin and have never needed anything apart from soap, water and a moisturiser.
That is really lucky – I have to admit I would love to be able to get by so well.
I love the name! That made me smile. I always get breakouts too although it doesn’t help I have oily skin and have a problem with my hormones. So even if there was a product to reduce the oiliness of my skin, I’ll be happy to get less breakouts. However I would love to try their supplements. Clear skin in 90 days sounds too good to be true
Yeah, I’ve resigned myself to being able to make some of my breakouts better, but I’m always going to have those hormonal ones, but perhaps one day.
