Neutrogena Nourishing Foot and Cracked Heel Cream: Review

With the sun finally out and the chance to wear sandals being finally present are your feet showing the signs of neglect from being in socks and shoes all winter? For me my feet are one of the worst places when it comes to getting dry and sore so having a good cream that I can use day in and day out is a must. So when I was asked if I would like to try these two offerings from Neutogena the nourishing foot cream and cracked heel foot cream I jumped at the chance.

Neutrogena Nourishing Foot Cream

Made for dry and damaged feet this cream is said to have a non-greasy and non-staining formula giving 24 hours’ worth of softening and protection.

I found the formula to be a bit more gel like than a cream, although I do agree it was less greasy than others it did have a sticky tinge to it, but it is quickly absorbed into the skin which takes that feeling away to the point where I’ve had the odd time when I’ve had to hop out of bed quite quickly after application and even then I have found I’m not left sticking the floor.

As for nourishing it really does offer one of the most nourishing and moisturising experiences I have come across when it comes to foot creams and believe me when I say I am pretty picky about what I use on my feet but I shall definitely be buying myself another tube of this beauty.

Neutrogena Cracked Heel Cream

If you have a problem with dry cracked heels them this cream really could be for you. best used twice daily all you need to do it rub it into the afflicted area where its sets to work mending, healing and moisturising the skin, while I don’t suffer to much with cracked heels (touch wood) my Mum does so I gave her this little tube to see what her feet thought of it.

She said from the first use you could feel it smoothing out and soothing the dry cracked areas of the heel, you don’t want to stop using it because of course then things will start getting worse again but once your skin is heading back to an ok state it is worth keeping it up with just a bit less than you would use when your heel was in full flare up mode. This is a product that for her really helped soften her heels and give relief to a once badly cracked area.
