Nanogen Shampoo and Conditioner Review

Nanogen
A specialist in hair fibres for people who are struggling with thinning hair, Nanogen also have a range of shampoos, conditioners and serums to help people take care of their scalp and try and help rebuild thickness.
Utilising carefully picked ingredients, they have formulated a shampoo for both men and women, which is complemented by a conditioner and serum to help with hair growth.
Nanogen is also not tested on animals, dermatologically tested and free from SLS/SLES and formaldehyde donors.
Nanogen Shampoo for Women and Conditioner for Everyone
The shampoo has been designed for thin or finer hair and uses ingredients such as aloe and chamomile to help smooth and soothe the scalp and hair, leaving it looking healthy and shiny.
While the conditioner has been formulated to be lightweight and not weigh the hair down. It also utilises hyaluronic acid which is a great hydrating ingredient for both the scalp and hair.
I have been using the shampoo for women and conditioner for everyone for the past month, I am perhaps not the best person to try this as while I do have thinning hair, and my individual stands are thin, I still have quite a lot of hair overall.
However, that said over the past month I have noticed more hair growth coming in and my hair does seem to be filling in a bit more, which as I have probably lost 50% of my thickness over the years is nice to see.
When it comes to condition, I’ve found the shampoo and conditioner work well, leaving my hair and scalp feeling cleansed. I’ve purposely not used a scalp scrub and I’ve not suffered with an itchy scalp badly, as I often do. So I wonder if the itch is normally down to a dry scalp, which this dup has helped hydrate more.
The only downside I found is that it hasn’t tamed my frizz in any shape or form. However, that is a very personal downside and I do suffer from frizz very badly.

Nanogen Hair Growth Factor Serum
To complement their shampoo and conditioner, Nanogen also has a serum. Taking over 20 years of research to formulate this high-strength but gentle formula is all about helping hair growth.
Inside the bottle, you will find ingredients such as extracts of Pea Sprout and Larix Bark combined with a blend of Peptides. This blend has shown that it can help stimulate the production of hair cells, revitalise hair follicles and reduce hair shedding.
The formula has been made to be non-oily and as long as you don’t use too much you will not see any effect such as greasy hair.
For use it is best used daily on dry hair, draw a full pipette of serum and add a random pattern of droplets to your scalp. Optionally you can massage in, or just leave it to dry. Do not exceed the daily recommended amount.

I think it is well worth having a look into Nanogen, no matter if you are after hair fibres or hair care.
