My Repeat Buys: The Things I Actually Buy Again and Again

There are so many things I’ve bought once and never thought about again.
And then there are the things I keep coming back to, the items I reorder without much thought because they’ve already proven themselves.
These are the products that work for me, the ones that don’t disappoint after a few uses and have quietly become part of everyday life.
This isn’t about trends or must-haves. It’s simply a collection of things I’ve bought more than once because, in my eyes, they are genuinely worth it.
Everyday Comfort: Things I Reach for Daily
Some items have earned their place by being consistently comfortable and reliable and are things I reach for every day.
Snag Cotton Full Briefs
Snag’s cotton full briefs are one of the easiest repeat buys for me.
They’re comfortable, they stay in place, and they’re made from soft, breathable fabric that holds up well over time. Hands up I had been at my wits end trying to find a good pair of knickers that didn’t fall apart before I tried Snags and while they are more expensive than some of brands I’ve probably spent less having to rebuy over time.
Molke Original Bra
Molke’s original bra has become a staple for me, especially as my skin has grown more sensitive over the years due to fibromyalgia.
They are supportive without underwires, comfortable enough for all-day wear, and designed to work with your body rather than against it.
I will admit I probably do size up a little due to finding anything tight uncomfortable, but due to the hold and comfort, I even reach for these on bad days.
Cosy Home Essentials
Of course, not all repeat buys are clothing; they can be the small things that make everyday life feel more comfortable.
Birchall Breakfast Tea

Tea is something I go through consistently (I basically live on tea or water), and Birchall breakfast tea is the one I come back to most often.
It’s a small everyday thing, but having a tea you genuinely enjoy makes a difference. It’s one of those items that quietly becomes part of your routine, and something I’ll always restock without thinking too much about it.
Plus, their de-caff is just as good as their caffeinated version, so I can easily switch as the day goes on.
Candles
Candles are another repeat buy for me, especially during the colder months.
I don’t tend to stick to one brand, as I like trying different small businesses and finding new scents, but I always end up buying them again.
They’re a simple way to make a space feel warmer and more relaxed, and once one finishes, it’s something I naturally replace.
If you like trying new small businesses for home fragrance, I’ve found asking the owner for their favourite scents can be a wonderful way to try something new.
Practical Everyday Items
Some repeat buys aren’t exciting, but they do make life easier.
Slipper Socks (With Grip)

I’ve found slipper socks to be much more practical than traditional slippers.
In many ways, this is because I often sit with my legs crossed (thanks, hypermobile body), so anything with a hard sole can feel uncomfortable. However, I also still want that warmth and grip underfoot, so slipper socks with non-slip soles are the perfect middle ground.
They’re warm, flexible, and easy to wear around the house, and you can get them in cute designs.
Pyjamas, Lounge Sets and Nightshirts
Comfortable loungewear is something I end up replacing more often than most, as I spend so much time wearing it.
Between regular wear and washing, these pieces naturally wear out over time, so I come back to them when I need something new.
Due to having very little energy i often switch into different PJs for the day as unless I’m going to an appointment I just want to feel comfortable and wear something soft and non-restrictive.
I’ve found brands like Chelsea Peers work really well for pyjamas and lounge sets, as they’re soft, comfortable, and designed for everyday wear rather than just sleeping.
For something even more relaxed, I also go back to The Oodie nightshirts. They’re oversized, cosy, and one of those rare finds that actually include pockets, which makes them even more practical.
These are the kinds of pieces I end up reaching for again and again, and once I find styles that work, they’re easy repeat buys.
Things I Buy Because I Love Them
Some repeat purchases aren’t about practicality; they’re about enjoyment, especially in my world.
Disney Store (Winnie the Pooh Pieces)

I’ll always have a soft spot for Winnie the Pooh, and I’ve picked up a few pieces over time that I keep wearing again and again.
They’re comfortable, familiar, and just make me happy, which is sometimes reason enough to buy another one.
Things I Buy Because They Make Me Feel Better
Not every repeat purchase is about practicality.
Sometimes it’s about having something to look forward to, a small, comforting treat that makes everyday life feel a bit more fun.
Sugar and Sloth – Tiny Hug Club Boxes
The Tiny Hug Club boxes from Sugar and Sloth fall into that category for me.
They’re designed as little self-care packages, with each box containing an enamel pin and some sort of stationery, think stickers, pens and more! It’s not something I need in a practical sense, but it’s something I genuinely enjoy.
Not every purchase has to be purely practical. Sometimes it’s okay to buy things simply because they make you smile.
Smaller Brands I’d Buy From Again
Sometimes you try something new and immediately know you’d go back.
Rebel Romance
After buying my first piece from Rebel Romance (a cat cardigan), I can already see it becoming the kind of brand I return to.
The quality and design stood out straight away, and it feels like something that will last rather than being worn a handful of times and forgotten.
What Makes Something a “Repeat Buy”?
Over time, I’ve realised the things I buy again tend to have a few things in common:
- They’re comfortable
- They last well
- They’re easy to use or wear
- They fit into everyday life without effort
If something ticks all of those boxes, it naturally becomes something I repurchase.
Final Thoughts
Repeat buys say a lot more than first impressions.
It’s easy for something to seem good when it’s new, but it’s the items you come back to over and over that really prove their value.
For me, these are the things that have earned a place in my routine, not because they’re trendy, but because they feel right to me or work, and honestly, that’s what matters most.
What’s your favourite repeat buy?

I always buy Moshulu slippers, they are not cheap but suit me perfectly and M&S knickers are the best
My Mum had some Moshulu ones and they last forever! I used to be an M&S knickers person but Snag have taken their place for me lol.
The only things I buy on repeat are stretchy bras from primark cheap and comfortable
Do they have a good hold going on as well?
I’ve just purchased from ‘snag’ for the first time and understand why you keep going back.
Ohh what did you get? I have so much in my wardrobe from them now to be honest and I’ve never not been happy with anything.
I am very old and have most of what I want I only repeat buy food I like
My new favourite greetings card is @artloveandfred on Instagram. she also sells on etsy. Sam paints her own designs and they typically have affirmative messages. you can even have your own message painted in and sent directly to recipient
