Mother Cuppa Wellness Collection Review and Competition
PR Samples – I was gifted the Mother Cuppa Wellness Collection for consideration on my blog.
Are you looking for a new hot drink to add to your life, do you want to bring into your life a blend of tea that can help you? Then find out more about Mother Cuppa in this post.
Mother Cuppa

Mother Cuppa (yes an intentional play on words) was founded by Candice, mother to a teen, wife and someone who since her teens has been diagnosed with endometriosis. At 40 she found herself entering early menopause due to treatment she had received for her condition and she found herself exploring how natural remedies could help her through this time.
During a diet cleanse which included giving up coffee for 28 days around 12 years ago, Candice found herself turning to herbal teas to try and give her the boosts that she previously relied on coffee for. It was during this time her interest in botanicals began especially around how herbal teas can help invigorate or relax you.
Not one to do anything by halves Candice has trained as a tea sommelier with the UK Tea Academy in London. Which she paired with her insight into being able to select and mix different plants to create specific health benefits.
With her knowledge and determination, Candice has come up with a Wellbeing tea range that helps with energy, hydration and relaxation, which is openly available to anyone.
Wellness Collection

The Wellness Collection includes 3 teas for women to help Energise, Hydrate and Relax. They have all been specially blended to help you through those times when you just need a little extra without having to turn to caffeine.
1 – Energise
Made for those moments when you just need a bit of get up and go. This blend is free from caffeine and utilises the benefits of Beetroot which is said to improve muscle fuel-efficiency and enhance stamina, Ashwagandha which has potent antioxidant properties and Schizandra Berries which is claimed to help reduce fatigue.
This tea isn’t made to give you that caffeine high you get, so no low either. However, with continued usage, over a number of weeks, you may find yourself feeling more energetic across the hours of the day.
Ingredients:
Ginger (30%), Hibiscus (16%), Apple Pieces (14%), Beetroot (10%), Rosehip (7%), Ashwagandha (5%), Lemongrass (5%), Peppermint (5%), Schizandra Berries (5%), Freeze-dried Cranberry, Orange Peel, Freeze-dried, Cherry, Natural Flavourings.
2 – Hydrate
I know that when I am dehydrated my whole body struggles and this tea takes that into account offering particularly good benefits during cycles, perimenopause, and menopause. This tea includes the ingredients; Rooibos which can help boost hydration thanks to the fact it contains polyphenol antioxidants, including flavonoids and phenolic acids, as well as Elderflower which in traditional Indian medicine is said to be one of the best Ayurveda herbs for treating symptoms of dehydration.
Once again this blend is caffeine-free and helps boost hydration levels in the body and skin while ingredients such as Elderflower have also long been used to help support the body’s temperature regulation.
Ingredients:
Rooibos (55%), Desiccated Coconut (18%), Elderberries (15%), Elderflower (5%), Lime Leaves (4%), Freeze-dried Raspberry (3%), Natural Flavouring.
3 – Relax
Sometimes it can be hard to find a moment of calm during the day and this is where Relax can help. It has been designed to be a multi-sensory tea with each sense working to try and help you feel a little more at peace. This tea utilises; Puffed Quinoa which is high in magnesium, Oat Flowering Tops which are rich in phytonutrients, antioxidants and polyphenols, and Lavender which is suggested to work as an anxiety reliever and sedative.
While this tea won’t have you snoozing, the ingredients do work together to try and bring around a sense of calm.
The Wellness Collection comes in at £26.97 (which includes a box of each tea) or they can be bought separately for £8.99 for a single box of 14 bags. While if you sign up to subscribe and save you will get 10% off your subscription, with delivery options between once a week and once every 8 weeks.
My Thoughts on The Mother Cuppa Wellness Collection

I am not the biggest herbal tea lover, but I am always willing to give them a try and I have to say I was really surprised by this range from Mother Cuppa.
They offer both a delicious taste and a wonderful fragrance, which as someone who is very sensitive to scents and finds they can help play into my mood I was interested to find. It really feels like the taste, fragrance and ingredients have been thought about when putting these teas together.
What’s more, all these teas are healthy, offering 0 caffeine and 0 calories. Something which is perfect and even harder to find; a healthy herbal tea that tastes good.
Of course, herbal teas aren’t going to make you perk up or relax on command, but for many people, they definitely have a place. Personally, I think the one that I really thought yes I can see this working for me is Relax. Thanks to the mix of delicious taste, and relaxing scent it ticks those boxes I know work for me.
