  2. I seem to go through periods of time where certain things help me to sleep, then they stop and I need to seek something new. Keeping away from laptops or phones are definitely a step forward though!

  3. I struggle to sleep and use youtube but agree sorting phone or laptop, ad’s get in the way. This sounds really interesting

  4. Falling asleep is not usually a problem for me But I often wake early with the problems of the day going round. Setting morphee up with headphones then would be disturbing

  6. I’d love to hear how many purchasers of this device finds it works for them I often struggle to sleep so listen to sleep podcasts – I’m curious to know how this compares

    1. It would definitely be different to listening to podcasts, it might be worth looking up similar exercises on youtube and seeing how they work for you? The Body Scan is my favourite, I just find bring it up on YouTube when your struggling to fall asleep wakes me personally up even more so having it like this is a huge help.

    1. It is a really good item I was really impressed by how it worked and how simple it use I found it as at first I thought it might be a bit confusing.

  8. I understand what you mean about visualisations. I find it very hard to visualise anything and when I do its unmoving and in 2D so I’m pretty rubbish at it!
    I would love to be able to sleep more than 4/5 hours a night. Unfortunately that is mostly down to my disabled son and I don’t think the morphee could help with that!

    1. Oh no that’s not good at all – it is so horrid when you struggle with sleep be it too much or too little.

    1. There has been so much thought and research went into it and it offers so many ideas. I love that it offers different types of ways to relax and calm down.

    1. It really is – I used to really struggle with sleep (I still do at times) but I also sleep a lot because of my fatigue I just wish I would sleep well.

  10. This makes complete sense. Before you introduced this to us, I’ve only seen baby sleep aids. I even have one for my kids. It plays nature sounds or nursery rhymes and it only make sense for there to be one for adults but with more complex choices. This would make a wonderful gift for those with sleeping problems. I, too sleep around 11-12 hours if I nap as well but I never feel awake

    1. It’s an awful way to be – I feel like I am missing out so much on life but if I don’t sleep that much I’m even worse off. I just wish there was some way to feel different.
