Mood Bears Review: The Hug You Didn’t Know You Needed
PR Sample – I received a Mood Bear for consideration on my blog.
Finding comfort in tough times isn’t always easy, but sometimes, the simplest things can make a huge difference. Such as Mood Bears – a collection of cuddly companions designed to offer emotional support through their vibrant colours and unique meanings. I was kindly sent one to have a look at and tell you what I thought about this idea which works for all ages.
What Are Mood Bears?
Mood Bears are plush teddy bears, with each one designed to represent a different emotion. Thanks to their soft fur and distinctive colours, these bears aren’t just cute – they’re designed to help express feelings and provide comfort to people of all ages. No matter if you need a hug after a stressful day or want to gift someone a thoughtful pick-me-up, there’s a Mood Bear for every occasion.
The Mood Bears Collection

Each Mood Bear corresponds to a particular emotion and features a heart-shaped emblem on its paw. Some of the most popular Mood Bears include:
- Happy Bear – A bright yellow bundle of joy, perfect for spreading positivity.
- Hope Bear – A multi-coloured companion, symbolising optimism and new beginnings.
- Love Bear – A red/pink bear, embodying warmth and affection.
- Calm Bear – A soothing blue/green friend, ideal for easing stress and anxiety.
- Sad Bear – A gentle deep blue bear, offering comfort during difficult moments.
Each bear has been carefully curated using colour psychology, with the colours emulating the moods they represent. As such they can be wonderful for helping people who struggle with expressing emotions get their feelings across and work well in mental health environments to help with this. ,
My Experience with Mood Bears

I’ve always been someone who struggles with expressing my emotions, especially speaking them out loud, so I turned to writing them down. Only to be told that it was “childish”, so I stopped sharing them at all, something that as an adult I’ve tried to unpack and leave behind me.
In trying to find better ways to deal with my emotions, I’ve learnt that anything which helps me express emotions or de-stress like a good old stress toy, isn’t a bad thing. Mood Bears embody that feeling, they realise people of all ages can struggle and need simple ways to help them, be that just offering a hug from a teddy or a way to signal a feeling.
Another thing I love about Mood Bears is their scheme to Sponsor a Bear, this allows you to buy a bear which is then donated to a local hospital.
Are Mood Bears Worth It?

Absolutely! They are offered in two sizes large and mini which means they can be used to even pop in your pocket and give a squeeze when you need one. How you use a Mood Bear is completely up to you, from sharing your feelings with them, using them when you need a hug or helping them share your emotions.
If you’re in need of a little extra emotional support or simply love collecting soft toys with a purpose, Mood Bears are a wonderful choice, with them starting at £10.99 for a mini and £19.99 for a large.
