Meet our new werewolf: Squishable review
Have you met our werewolf? He has a bit of a fierce look about him when you first notice him, but really, deep down inside, he’s lovely and squishy and kind of big!
I’ve long lusted after a Squishable, so, when we were asked if we wished to review one, it may have been a bit of a dream come true, of course, the first issue was deciding which one to have. After all there is 24 wonderfully different Squishables to choose from, including a dragon, dog, turtle, penguin and cupcake. After a bit of a ohh what about.. between myself and Ash we finally decided on the werewolf as, after all, we are both a bit of a fan of all things vampire and werewolf based.
Squishables come in 3 different sizes 3″, 7″ and 15″ – we were sent the gigantic 15″ one, which, as you can see from the pictures is around 1/2 the size of Sally, who is around the size of a Collie.
So what can you do with a Squishable apart from taking cute pictures?
Of course for those with kids – they make wonderful toys, they are well made, believe me, Sal managed to get hold of old Mr Werewolf here and gave him a good shaking, which when we had finished laughing (I mean have you ever seen a dog try to play with a giant werewolf, it’s hilarious!) and managed to get him back, we found although slightly wet, he had held up to Sallyfication considerably well.
Snoozing on – I have used him as a pillow a number of times now and believe me, he is surprisingly comfortable when you don’t have a proper cushion to hand.
Hiding behind – something on the TV you don’t want to see, or perhaps you just feel a little like hiding from the rest of the family, then you may just be surprised at what a Squishable can hide.
Hugging – having a down time, no humans or pets to hug, grab your Squishable and cuddle away.
Stress Revealing – on the flipside to needing a hug, sometimes we just need to scream, so why not take your stress out on a Squishable and make yourself feel a little better.
Of course the possibilities are endless, just get your imaginative cap on and I’m sure you will come up with 101 things to do, but there you have a quick 5 to get you started.
The 15″ Squishables cost from £34.99 and for the size, quality and unique look of these squishy items, I definitely think they are worth the pennies.
To keep on top of all things Squishable make sure you check out their website, Facebook and Twitter.
What do you think of Squishables, would you like one in your life?

It looks very cuddly if you can have a cuddly werewolf? Not sure if I would want it in my bed though!
Aww these look so cute and cuddly! Love what you’ve done with the ‘usages’ 😉 lovely dog too 🙂
These are so cute, I’m going to put this on my list for Christmas which is basically big hints for my other half.
Love werewolf films and this is so cute. 🙂 Can’t be scared of that. 🙂
I’m not sure if I find that really cute or really scary!!!
I LOVE that, what a great face. Going to check out the range to see if they all have faces that are just as good.
Oooh, he does look a little scary! Cute, but scary 🙂
Love the Squishable Hedgehog. Think I may need one of these.
Is it wrong to call a werewolf cute?
Never! Lol x
These are cool
These look great, gotta get one of these. x
I want one too!
I’m so impressed at Sal’s restraint…not much soft gets through here alive after Stellafication! Wouldn’t have thought of using him as a pillow…brilliant idea, never enough cushions to hand when you need an urgent nanna nap 😉
I wish they were dog toys cos mine would love one!
squishables look like a lot of fun
Kitty is sat by my asking if she can have one for Christmas!!!
These are lovely! I like the sound of the Dragon one.
So cute!
He looks a bit scary but I bet he is soft and cuddly!
I have never heard of them before. He would be bigger than both of our dogs put together x
aww it looks cute but I’d fear for its safety with my dog about!
I would love the cuddly werewolf to sit on my bed.
Hahhrrr how cool is this , not seen anything like this before.
This looks great, I so want one too
Not sure it appeals to me to be honest – I think it would frighten D a bit!
OMG!!! I need one of these in my life!! Your werewolf is adorable!
I would love to see what some of the other ones look like, especially, the dragon. Great review.
Aw so cute!
Ha, I love that not once is sally making eye contact with said Werewolf x
I think I’d belt him in the passenger seat for when I’m driving alone at night! Scare anyone away!
Ermmmmmmmmm not for me I am afraid! I find it kind of creepy!
I can totally understand that – definitely an acquired taste with this one, but one of the reasons I went for it, it wouldn’t appeal to everyone as some of the more normal ‘teddy’ type ones are more likely to. x
Awwwww they are both so very cute!!! <3
Have to be honest – I can’t see the attraction!! Great review though and some good suggestions.
Oh I love him! What a great face!! Perfect for snuggling up to, or falling asleep on!
So cute – Love it & want one!!
Hee hee that is cute! My chi would probably run a mile though as she is only 1 3/4 lbs!
