Forget Bots go Human with Max Louis Creative
I wrote last week about when blogging goes bad. However, that is only a small part of the issues that go on behind the scenes. As well as the testing, photographing and writing, there is making sure you have your social media scheduled as well as monitoring its performance, after all, you want to get yourself out there to new readers. One thing I have never been good at is social media, I worry a lot about what I say and how it might be taken, so when I saw Max Louis Creative looking for bloggers to test out their social media management I jumped at the chance to have some of that pressure taken off my shoulders.
Forget Bots go Human with Max Louis Creative.
If you are a blogger you know there are a lot of bots you can sign up for, which say they will grow your following or likes. However, a lot of this is done by methods not everyone is so fond of. For me, the whole follow/unfollow method on Twitter and Instagram drives me insane! So I wanted someone who was looking to work on the content I was putting out, without the whole, “we promise you 100+ followers a week”. That is where Max Louis Creative shine, they are all about the production of content and interacting with your audience. They don’t promise you likes or follows, they don’t use dubious tactics, they simply take care of your accounts, sharing your blog posts and coming up with ideas for images.
Social Media Management YOUR way.
Based in the UK, Max Louis Creative are able to look after a whole host of social media accounts, in fact, they have some great names on their books from games companies, to language specialists, and of course bloggers.
If you decide to work with Max Louis Creative you will be paired with your own social media manager. At the moment there are four people on the team, two based in the UK, one in the US and one in Turkey. This allows your personal social media assistant to get to know you and of course to get to know your audience. Allowing them to push out content you will be thrilled with and your audience will interact with.
Choose the Right Package for You.
At the moment four social media packages are offered, ranging in price from £150 per month for 1 platform to be looked after with 2 posts, to £800 for 3 or 4 platforms, unlimited posts and video creation.
I personally decided to go for the dolphin package, which at a base offers 3 posts a day across 2 platforms, custom content creation, social interaction and more! However, as I didn’t want 3 posts going out on Instagram for a day, it was agreed the content created for my Facebook page would be shared out to Google+ as well. So if you like the look of a package but wonder if you can alter it a little to fit you better, just ask. You never know what they may be able to slot into place for you.
Keep on top of Your Stats with your Personal Dashboard.
Wondering what difference Max Louis Creative are having for you? Then as long as you are on the Dolphin package or higher you will get a monthly analytics shared with you, so you can see first-hand the difference using them is having.
You can also keep up to date with all the comings and goings via Cyfe which is a business dashboard and OK confused me at first, however after Max spent some time going through it with me I got the drift. The stats are after they took over for just 2 weeks and one big trend we saw was while I was getting Facebook likes I was also getting a lot of unlikes, meaning my follower count was pretty stagnant, something they have looked to turn around.
While the 2 weeks were done at a special discount to help with this post, I decided to keep Max Louise Creative on and in the weeks since, have seen a boost in likes and followers on Instagram, engagement on Facebook as well as even some +1s on G+!
My main take away from this was having a good schedule and plan can really make a difference when it comes to your social media platforms, which can have a knock on effect to how many visits your blog is receiving. So if you cannot (like me) find the time to look after your social media’s as well as you should, looking to hire in a human being to help you take care of them can be a huge benefit. What’s more if you are thinking of hiring Max Louis Creative yourself I have a special discount code which will give you 10% off your first 2 months just use the code: LIABD2MONTH to grab it for yourself!
What do you think of the idea of hiring someone to look after your social media for you, do you think it is something your blog could benefit from?

I was given a discount on 2 weeks usage of social media managing from Max Louis Creative to help with this post. I after decided to keep using them as I found the service very beneficial.

This is really interesting, it sounds like Max Louis Creative is having a great impact on your social media channels 🙂
Definitely something that I could benefit from and its great that they’re able to customise the packages too. I like things that are more bespoke to my needs! xxx
It really is good they are so helpful as well when anything happens.
Hopefully one day my blog will be able to support something like this. Social media is really challenging to manage on my own.
It is so hard isn’t it – there is really so much you need to keep on top of.
I’m not a blogger but found your article interesting. The internet has changed our lives and given rise to many new occupations – bloggers and blogger PA’s – Max Louis Creative.
I understand you having reservations about how people will take what you say. Is there a writing class you could attend that could give you ideas and the confidence that your words are taken in the way you intended?
That’s a really good idea – I might look into something like that and see if I can gain some more confidence Thank you 😀
It definitely sounds interesting and something I would look into. It’s too bad they don’t have anything more locally to work with. And I am not sure I am making enough income on the blog to afford this kind of service. But I will certainly take it under advisement.
It is definitely not something for everyone but it has given me such a boost and it means I am not worrying so much about having to schedule at least those social medias.
I will admit I’ve tended to get by on an ad hoc basis with my social media. When I do pay some attention to scheduling properly, views definitely improve. I’m glad to hear that businesses like these are moving away from the follow/unfollow system.
I found it so hard to keep up with all my social medias it has definitely made a difference having someone doing some scheduling for me.
Oh, wow. Max Louis Creative sound great. I can’t believe I’ve never heard of them before! I’ll definitely be checking out their website to see if they can help me now though 🙂
Louise x
They really are good and free up some time for other things as well so I don’t have to worry so much.
A a reader I detest bots. I know they are a necessary evil for your profession because of course there is no way to promote as much as you would have to, but nothing beats a live person especially if you have a question.
I think this is a much needed service a if there is a need to get in touch with a blogger, it wont go ignored.
Most definitely, I try not to use bots at all, I do schedule posts (which I guess in some ways is a bot) but I always try and respond ASAP as well.
Wow thank you. It would be really helpful
I am glad you found it helpful 🙂 they are such lovely people.
Good hearing humans are helping as bots don’t see changes quick enough
Most definitely human interaction is the way forward 😉
I love the fact that they don’t use bots. The system is better than most of the programs that I’ve come across with and I like that it maintains your authenticity. It’s definitely something to consider!
Most definitely it makes a huge difference having a human at the helm to help you out.
I still have many things to learn about social media and growing your followers. I prefer organic following though.
There is no following in this at all – that is all left to me so I still follow who I want when I want, they are all about producing the content.
Honestly, keeping up with social media is kicking my behind! I would love any professional help I could get!
It is hard isn’t it and then a new one comes out and you need to keep up with that as well and it’s like aRFGH
Doesn’t it take away the personal touch a bit though
There’s always a human there, be it me or Rhianna who’s been helping me, I know what’s going on at all times as I’m always logged onto Facebook and I go onto Instagram to like other peoples stuff, I always read comments myself and answer if it’s something personal or something only I would know the answer to.
Sometimes I write up the captions – like for my posts on Facebook, G+ and Instagram for this article everything was written by me – Max just added the code at the bottom.
All the photos that go up which aren’t stock are all taken by me, my main issue was coming up with ideas in many respects and Rhi is awesome at it – she will message me like Sarah take a picture of this or that and I’m like what a great idea and potter off and do it.
Looks like a great service!! Love it
It really is awesome! I love knowing someone is there and looking after it all.
This service would be so helpful for me, as I simply don’t have enough hours in the day for social media as well. I wish I could engage more with my audience.
It is hard isn’t it – I am sure I could sit at the computer all day and still not get everything done.
I am not a huge fan of people using bots. It is really important that we engage ourselves.
No I hate it as well – which is why having someone who is a real human to help me with the things I’m not good at is a big thing for me. No bots found at Max Louis at all!
This sounds like a great service. The human element is still so important!
It really is isn’t it. It amazes me how many people just use a bot and don’t care what is going on.
Sounds like a really interesting service. I find it is so obvious when bloggers start using bots and I don’t like the idea of it at all. It loses the whole meaning behind growing a loyal following and audience.
Totally agree, I can see the lure all those numbers and quickly but they aren’t real.
Interesting concept but I prefer to personally interact with people on social media
I wish I had the time to! I seem to have so much going on I just can’t keep up with everything so need the help.
Very interesting post. There are so many shortcuts to increase followers. But I definitely like to grow it organically.
Max Louis Creative just deal with the content side so you don’t have to worry about them following anyone or playing any games it was one of the first questions I asked them.
Not something that I’ve looked into myself. I think a personal authentic touch is better.
In a perfect world I would do that for sure, but with my health I just cannot keep on top of it all.
It looks like a great package if you are time poor but I’m not sure I could afford that. Maybe as a one off but certainly not monthly. I can see it being money well spent for small businesses though
It has been a huge help to me for sure, I can definitely see how it wouldn’t be perfect for everyone though 🙂
Interesting reading – the human touch is always preferable
It most definitely is I wouldn’t want all sorts happening behind my back haha!
Never go with bots. Its just rubbish and makes it more difficult to reach your true followers who will actually interact and buy from you.
Never used a bot and never will, I’ve seen the sort of things they can do definitely not for me.
This sounds good for a lot of social media problems. I think I just lack genuine readership. I’m working on it and will consider something like this.
It is hard isn’t it – there is always something to be worked on that I am sure of.
I would totally check this out! I hate the follow/unfollow method, and this sounds really interesting.
Definitely do – f/uf really drives me insane too!
Nice to know there is a program out there that can help. With blogging it’s always one day at a time.
It’s not even a programme really someone posting and interacting just like you or I would.
That sounds like a great price if the blogger is earning enough from the blog to recover the amount that he or she plans to invest.
Most definitely, of course the different levels as well help make it slightly easier on people – no way I could afford the big on but love the video idea!
I hate the follow/unfollow junk on Instagram and Twitter too. I think it’s dirty to follow a fellow blogger just for a return follow and immediately unfollowing. I also get annoyed with all the time you have to put into managing social media posts. This sounds like it may be a promising solution.
It’s horrid isn’t it – I have friends now who just block people who do it and I’m tempted to join that train of thought to be honest.
That looks like it would really be amazing! I will have to check into this deeper and see if this is something that would work for me.
It is really good, total professionals as well and they are lovely people.
This is amazing to know that they offer, this service. Thanks for sharing this wonderful resource. I have to look into them.
No problem at all I really hope it helps 🙂
This sounds like a great way to manage your social media. However, I try to not use any type of system other than good old fashioned liking and commenting on other people’s posts to create a fun online community.
You do all that 🙂 they don’t like or comment on anyone elses images for you they just create the content to go out 🙂
Something I am going to have to read and study more up on. Bots are the worse but the follow and unfollow is really frustrating.
I agree with you on both I don’t get why people doing it 🙂
This is a nice twist on the bots that are taking over, such great post.
This service sounds interesting. I may need to check into it once I get more established.
It is a great service, it is so nice having someone creating a bit of content for me.
I like applications which give you stats and show you where your likes and follows are coming from so you know the areas to target x
It is really good having all the information they give you from how many people unliked to how many liked!
It sounds very handy but also expensive, but if it takes the pressure off you and you can afford it, its a great help xXx
Interesting concept. Sure sounds more personal than regular bots. I always do my own social media.
It is really useful – I suck at social media so find it hard to keep up so it’s lovely to have a hand.
This sounds like the perfect service. Sometimes, I have a hard time coming up with stuff to share. I do my best though and keep going.
It is hard isn’t it? I can go through times of finding loads then nothing.
What a fantastic tool to have at your disposal! It’s like a VA with the benefits of measurement.
That’s basically what it is 🙂 and so many bloggers use them these days of course.
Interesting! I personally prefer to handle my social media accounts on my own, but I can see how this would come in handy. I always hear how companies can easily spot bots, and I don’t want to risk not getting campaigns because of it.
It is so easy to see when someone has bought likes or follows I think.
It’s work but I enjoy the social media aspect of it. I have heard of the follow unfollow thing many times but I don’t do it, I don’t have time and the time I do have is worth more.
I wish I did haha! No I don’t know what it is about me and social media we just don’t click a lot.
I like to grow organically and I have a VA team that handles all my social media. It doesn’t include bots of any form or fashion. Of course, I still oversee my social media accounts.
That’s exactly the same as how this works which is great 🙂
I would love someone to manage my social media for me – especially my twitter. I do ok on Insta and I LOATHE that follow/unfollow method, too!
It is nice knowing it is taken care of as I used to go to bed and think darn I didn’t put something out on insta again and now I don’t need to worry.
Very interesting, thank you. Some methods of growing followers annoy me too, so I’d think carefully about how to go about promotion if I had a blog. I’m glad you’ve found a company that works well for you.
Yeah it is hard, you want to grow but you don’t want to annoy everyone in the process.
Not something I have ever considered. I thought Twitter was a fan of shadowbanning bots.
This doesn’t use bots at all, that’s the point really – it’s all human :). I do my own twitter anyway they do instagram which is more image based as they make lovely images for me.
Everything helps
