Finding the perfect pet present
I hate present shopping for Sally – she has everything already and normally manages to need a new bed or bowl not long before the festive season, meaning practical presents are out the window. So I completely admit, we often wrap up a bunch of her old toys, with of course a couple of new ones and a tub of her treats. After all, all she wants to do is rip the paper off and then the toy is forgotten for ‘maybe’ another day.
This Christmas though I don’t need to struggle with ideas by myself as More Than have put together “The Pet Present Finder”, this great little app helps you come up with new gift ideas, for both cats and dogs. With a choice between treats, toys, gear and fun, you can pick if you want to spend under £25 or are happy to spend more and I have to say, it really helped give me with some ideas I would never have come up with by myself.
If you’re worried about it being hard to use – never fear, for all you need to do, is click the option choices you wish to go for and hit reveal presents, then scroll on through. Then if you wish to change your choices at all, just click to your new choice and the ideas will change right in front of your eyes, perhaps best of all, if you find something you wish to buy, you just need to click the Buy Now button and you will be whisked away to the website on which the present is being sold!
Of course I couldn’t try out such an app and not end up with something from it for the lovely Sally and so this year she has a stocking all of her own, this great personalised gift is perfect for both dogs and cats (with the cat stocking having a personalised fish rather than the bone). It has been made of a mix of cotton and felt and I have to admit it really makes me smile when I see it hanging up ready to be filled by Santa Paws come Christmas Day.

Aww, I love that she has her own stocking. We used to put dog bones in a stocking for my grandma’s dogs, lol. They loved Christmas too. 😉

we always get knuckles our dog a prezzy – everyone thinks we are mad but we started doing it because it was just me and my son and the dog to start with! and the dog thinks he is human!!

I haven’t bought anything for my pooch as yet this Christmas. I am loving Sally’s stocking. Maybe Gizmo needs a stocking too.

We don’t have pets at the moment, but when we did I would fill empty toilet rolls with treats then wrap them like a cracker. They loved them!
Thanks to my children Lizzie our Terrier has more presents for Christmas than I do!!
