Father’s Day at Truprint 2023
Father’s Day is almost upon us, but there is still time to get your presents picked and ordered, so never fear! Here are some great gift ideas from Truprint.
I often find my dad a really difficult person to buy for. More often than not, I end up hunting down a signed copy of a book he would like.
However, this year, I actually got him involved, and he helped choose some gifts for himself from Truprint. This meant that he told me what he wanted, sent me the picture, and I did the ordering.
Truprint has been offering photo printing for over 30 years, and they provide quality photos and personalised gifts for every occasion, including Father’s Day.
My dad is a wonderful photographer. He takes some amazing pictures but is often overly critical of his work.
As such, his photos often stay on his SD card or computer rather than on display, so I was pleased when he got back to me with a picture, even if the same one did end up on three different items.
Photo Panels are perhaps one of my favourite items Truprint sells. They are great gifts and perfect for a larger space, such as a desk or mantelpiece, where you wish to stand a photo.
They offer a ready-to-stand format and well-made design. I actually have a couple on the mantel myself, one at each end, and while you cannot see it so much in the photo, they really make the photo stand out and pick up all the detailing you have captured yourself.
Acrylic prints are new to the Truprint range. They have previously sold acrylic blocks, and the print is much the same but on a smaller, slimmer scale. However, unlike the blocks, they do need a small stand to keep them upright.
They offer the perfect small size for use on your bedside table or on a small shelf in any room.
Thee photo here is applied to the back of the block. As such, I always think they seem to add a different depth to the images.
However, if you are contemplating using acrylic as a way to show off your photos, make sure they are light and bright, as I always seem to find that dark colours are deepened on such prints.
For those who love jigsaws, this personalised puzzle is the perfect gift. Apparently, this is what my dad really wanted to try out of everything, as he was interested to see just how his image could be turned into a jigsaw.
I think we were both impressed by the quality of the pieces in this puzzle. They are far from the flimsy pieces I thought might be included.
The puzzles all come with a photo of the finished piece. We found this tucked away under the pieces, so do have a good rummage for it if you’re worried.
However, I think if I was gifting one of these puzzles, I might get it out and stick it to the top of the box. It’s a shame it doesn’t come printed on the top of the box.
Overall, I think the range from Truprint this Father’s Day is fantastic, and who doesn’t love a great-looking personalised gift?! Other products they offer include photo books, personalised mugs, and canvas prints.
If you want to treat your dad this Father’s Day, remember to use the code: LOVEMYDAD at checkout before the 15th of June, and you will save up to £30 off your order. You also get free delivery on any orders over £5.
What do you think of these gifts from Truprint? Do you think your dad might like something from them?
