A Mother’s Promise by Renee Salt (a Holocaust survivor) and Kate Thompson. A very moving story of a remarkable woman. Cannot recommend highly enough.
I’m currently reading Children of Earth and Sky. It’s ok; maybe a little slow for my taste.
