Check Out the Royal Cars
What car do you drive? Me? I still have my little red Fiat Panda, my Mum got me when I passed my test back in 2010. I’ve thought about getting another but it runs well and has hardly had any issues so it seems silly to swap it for something that might be in and out of the garage every few weeks. As after all, let’s admit it that is just my luck.
Check Out the Royal Cars
However what car would you drive if you were a royal? Well while the models they have chosen might not be of much surprise to some. This infographic from Fulton Leasing goes into some of the really unique features that the Royal family have chosen to include on their cars and I have to admit while I have heard before about the adapted armrest the queen has to fit her handbags. I had no idea that Prince Charles’s car runs on Royal grapes! Though the fact they only allow him to drive 8 miles to the gallon may well just be enough to put everyone else off the idea!

I have to admit personally I am much more likely to go with Prince William and Kates’s idea of setting the seat from your phone, as hands up if someone moves my chair it always takes me about a week to get it completely back in the right place!
I guess the question on some people’s minds, may not be what dress will Meghan wear this weekend, but what car and what adaptions she and Price Harry decide to opt for in the years to come.
What do you think of the Royal cars, do they include any features you might like to have on your own car?

I passed my test 3 years ago and up until January I had a little Renault Clio. it finally gave up the ghost and I had a moment of craziness and bought a huge Vauxhall Insignia!! dont know what came over me -(scratched it all already doh)
The maroon car the Queen arrived in was absolutely fabulous!
I never knew all of the different cars the Royal family has, but I love that the Queen has a Jaguar and put in a custom compartment for her handbag! I love the style of the older models, I wish we had more here!
All these royal cars seem to be low mpg gas guzzling machines; wouldn’t it be nice if some royals were to go electric or at least hybrid.
My dream car is a Bentley Continental
Ohh I hope you manage to get to have your dream car one day.
how the other half live lol
I know right! If only we could all do that.
I would pick the Aston Martin although wouldn’t say no to any really! For now I will continue pottering around in my little golf…
Such incredible cars that have amazing features. They definitely have a great choice when it comes to their cars hope to have a chance to touch it or at least to see it.
I would so love to be able to add such features to my car for sure!
The cars have changed over the years. We are pretty practical when it comes to cars. My husband drives the newer car because he was driving far to work on a daily basis.
I drive the old 05 SUV that is beat up with hail damage. Its paid for so I have been fixing the minor things over the last two years. It has 130000 miles but that is low considering how old it is. Im keeping it until it dies completely
It is great when you have a car like that, mine is very similar and an 04.
Prince Charles’ car fueled by wine grapes is so awesome! I love that the Queen still likes to drive herself around the estate.
It is amazing isn’t it – not sure I would like to have to fill up so often though lol.
I’LL have any of these -I’LL dream of the day – maybe if i do the lottery !
I know one day! Let’s hope we get lucky!
My dream car has always been a Range Rover so I’ll go with the Range Rover Discovery. I’m going to buy not only one, but two (black and white)…once I win the lottery. LOL.
I shall keep my fingers crossed for you managing to get both 😉
That’s pretty cool to know. I never really knew that they had their own cars. I just assumed all cars are government cars, lol. I’m not sure why. But thanks for this, it’s really nice to learn more about the cars that they drive! I wonder what the newly weds will choose in the future.
OMG! I would like the Bentley State Limousine! Of course with all the options! 🙂 I love safe cars!
I know doesn’t that sound amazing all those safety features!
I could see the royal family within the Rolls-Royce cars.
It really does seem like the sort of car they would drive around, doesn’t it?
I’m honestly happy with my 10 year old car, but it would be nice to be able to adjust my seat with my phone. This would come in handy after my husband drives the car and moves the seat!
It would be great especially if you could have a setting for exactly where you want it and all you have to click is a button and off it does and aligns itself.
Bentley has always been my favorite and I love hearing praises of this cutie.
There really is something about a Bentley isn’t there – very nice car.
Land Rover is the real deal. This is really high quality and looks awesome!
Isn’t it just – therre’s something very substational about one.
the car is so cool.
Which one in particular do you like the best?
These are such classic cars! I’ve seen a few of them before but never knew their names until now!
It is amazing when you see them driving around in them isn’t it.
Rolls Royce is such a classic royal car which I think will be featured at the royal weekend. These are all cars goals!
Isn’t it just – oh to be able to have one of each!
Some interesting facts! I always imagine just the Bentley and the Aston Martin for a mid life crisis lol. It certainly is interesting to see the choices of the royals when they can have anything they want.
Oh my goodness haha I’ve never heard of them thought like that before haha! Love it.
Car goals right there! I can’t imagine being able to buy that many cars.
I wouldn’t know what to do with so many! Can only drive one at a time haha.
So many awesome cars here! The Royal family is goals haha
Oh my gosh aren’t they just! To have all of them!
This is such a fun post! There’s been so much hype about the Royal Wedding but I haven’t read anything about the cars. Well done!
I’ve never really paid much attention to their cars so it was fun to read more about who rides what car. I am also now looking forward to what Harry and Meghan will pick in the future!
It will be interesting to see, I think there always going to be just a bit different to the “norm”.
Those cars, OMG. As I watch the Royal wedding coverage, all those cars descriptions are coming in very handy. You definitely had a super good timing on this one.
Haha it was definitely well-timed wasn’t it 😉
I’d love the 7 seat land rover myself. I look for roomy and other features that it seems to have.
It sounds like the perfect car for a growing family.
I would not say no to being driven around in a bentley. Actually, i would probably went to drive it myself! I did not know the royal family owned all those cars
I have to admit I wouldn’t mind being in the driving seat myself.
These cars are all fantastic, but personally, I think the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have a more practical thinking when it comes to choosing cars. The Land Rover is perfect for a growing family.
I have to agree, they have definitely gone for practicality over anything else with their choice.
I do not own a car yet and do not know how to drive, sad life, eh? haha. This is so interesting to know!
I didn’t learn to drive till my mid-twenties, Ash can’t drive he was learning but then got ill and we need to resubmit everything to the DVLA before he can learn again as it’s an illness they have know about.
I really do love to look serious Royal cars. We drive a 97 Suburban. I kind of wanted a grade, but at the same time our current family cars completely rust-free and just hit 100000 km so is in amazing condition.
Sounds like me and my car – it’s an 04 reg has 60,000 miles on the clock but it has hardly ever had an issue, so I’m loathed to get rid of it for something that might.
These are all great cars. Wow the differences between the have and the have nots. Great post!
I know right they really have some amazing cars in their garage.
I never would have guessed this was public information but I know see it is and why not? There is royal wedding frenzy happening!
I think there isn’t much about them that we don’t know – which in some ways is a bit sad as well.
I’m not really a huge car person, but hey if you’re royalty you might as well go all out. I wouldn’t expect them to be driving a truck. All of these models look beautiful though.
Most definitely when you can have a car that runs on grapes you can really have anything lol.
I would love the 1969 Astin Martin. I can’t wait to watch the wedding x
I think the whole country seemed to come together to wath it.
These are awesome! Great to know more about royal cars!
It is so interesting isn’t it. I can’t believe some of the features they have gone for.
wow so crazy how times have changed when it comes to cars
It is crazy isn’t I not a huge car person but some ways I like to know about them.
Those are some really awesome royal cars. I wouldn’t mind driving a couple of those on occasion. Very fancy and stylish.
I know wouldn’t it be awesome to get behind the wheel of one or two!
I didn’t realize the Land Rover was a seven seater! That would definitely be the dream car – especially with our growing family!
I know isn’t it amazing! It’s great you can get such cars.
The royals sure do know how to ride in style! I wish I could set my seat adjustment from my phone too!
I know isn’t that just a fab feature! I love it.
I really enjoyed your post. I never have thought about what the Royals drive so I found all of this information very interesting. There are a few cars I wouldn’t mind having but not sure I can pick just one.
Even the Queen drives. Though I don’t believe she has a drivers license as they are issued in her name so she doesn’t need one.
Wow some great options – I’ll take the Bentley for a spin please!!
They all sound amazing don’t they – I would love to give them all a try.
The Land Rover Discovery is definitely the car of my choice from this list! I have always loved the size and shape of it.
It sounds like it really does have so much room for people to get comfortable in.
So cool to see each car used the Royals! I can’t wait to see what everyone pulls up in for the wedding this weekend.
It was such a lovely wedding wasn’t it? Amazing to see.
I love that the queens is modified to have a rest for her handbag that’s so adorable
I know right! What a thing to have, I think most of us ladies could do with it.
Well, I don’t drive a royal car, but I do drive a Tahoe – that’s good enough for the fam. These cars are so scarce in my area – I hardly ever see one. Nice though.
Hey if you LOVE the car you have then it is your own royal car.
I would select the first car. The Aston would be my show off my style car.
It sounds absolutely amazing doesn’t it I would love to try out that one.
All these cars are fantastic and I will only get as close as my TV to any of them. It adds to the festivities to see such great cars for the royals.
Haha I am the same, would be nice to be closer though!
I mostly see the royal family within the Rolls-Royce cars.
I think they all have quite a few to choose from.
My other half works for Bentley, so he will be pleased to see one on the list! I love that the Queen has a Jag! 😉
She is so cool having room for her handbag! I totally want that!
I can onlydream Of owning one of cars
I know right, it would definitely be a dream for many of us.
Can’t drive any more I’m afraid due to impaired vision.
