  2. I totally love helping others but I’m devoting this year to helping myself get healthy. Once that’s done, I’ll definitely be devoting more time to others!

  3. It always amazes me when I hear of people who are trying to help others. It’s not always easy and it’s such a selfless act.

  4. Have to get my own house in order before being able to be legit about advising others. That reminds me I have to get out and hit the gym today.

  5. I wanted to be a counselor when I was younger. It’s true that unfortunately we choose jobs for money and not something we are passionate about. It’s really sad that we practically feel forced into doing sometimes.

  6. We love to help out when we can, but it can be hard because I feel like we are always working! It is a struggle to find time, so we often do projects with our Girl Scout troops. These are definitely things I’d like to do in the future.

  7. It’s so important to follow your heart. Money unfortunately prevents a lot of people from following their dream so they end up doing what the NEED to do instead of what they LOVE to do. I say follow your heart every single time and if helping others is what you desire… go for it!

  8. I did what I loved for 25 years! I was a school teacher and principal at the elementary level. I loved those kids so much. In fact, I am going to a conference with a past student who says she became a teacher because of ME. How about that!

  9. I do believe helping others is my calling to some extent. I love to teach people, enlighten them, and give back.

  10. This really makes you stop and think. I find it inspiring watching people find their passion and helping others to find theirs.

  11. It’s always important to stop and think about how you can give back to your community. I volunteer often in my kids’ classrooms and share my love and expertise in reading to as many kids as I can and it is so rewarding.

  12. This is really thought provoking honestly. Am I doing what I love? I know of many online work options but this is the first time I’ve seen this! I’m so glad there are SO many options out there which are very rewarding career choices nowadays!
