Great British Teddies: Review
Made by The Great British Teddy Bear Company comes a range of British Teddies.
In fact, they have over 29 iconic British figures in teddy bear form!
From Florence Nightingale to Shakespeare, The Queen to a Beefeater as well as jockey bears, graduation bears, a range of ‘bobby’ bears and armed forces. Wow!
Veteran Bear

There is something extra special about many of the bears sold at British Teddies and that is the fact they are dressed in The Poppy Factory.
This wonderful facility has helped make poppies and remembrance products for both the royal family and Royal British Legion’s annual Remembrance Day appeal for over 90 years.
However, more lately they have been helping wounded, injured or sick ex-military personnel get back into work. Some of whom take up jobs within the factory, doing jobs such as dressing your British Teddy!
Each teddy that has been dressed at The Poppy Factor comes with a label saying so and the name of the ex-military personnel who worked on your bear.
Making these bears a perfect keepsake for anyone with a family history of military involvement or just as a wonderful memento.

All British Teddy Bears have been handmade and are fully joined with amazing attention to detail used.
I mean just look at the tie, poppy and medal on the veteran bear.
The best thing about these teddies is perhaps that they are made to be used as you wish. You’re welcome to put them on a shelf and just look at them, of course, however, they can also be played with. In fact, they are fully washable and completely safe under international toy safety regulations.
Final Thoughts.

I have to be honest with you – these teddies went above and beyond my expectations. They really are so cute and a wonderful collector’s item.
The attention to detail in the clothing and accessories astounded me. There has been so much love and care put into each one.
I just can’t say a bad thing about them and will definitely be looking to add to my collection.
Perhaps the best thing of all is they come in at reasonable prices. Costing between £24.95 and £34.95 depending on which one you go for.
If you fancy buying the Veteran Bear – perfect for this year of remembrance they cost £34.95 and come with a choice of khaki, blue, red or green beret.
What do you think of Veteran Bear, is it a teddy you would like to own?

I was given a bear from Great Britsh Teddies free of charge to help with this review. My views are as always honest.
