    1. Honestly I’m mostly writing them for myself – the last year has been HARD so I’m trying to think of things I need to know and just sharing them lol

  4. I sooooo needed this and have bookmarked it to be able to do several tasks at a time, in 15/20 minute bursts which suits my undiagnosed but waiting for an assessment/not getting on the bandwagon ADHD mind/unmotivated. Thank you x

    1. I hope your assessment goes well! I’m slowly being assessed as well – I’m not sure how it will go but my mental health team think I’m likely AuDHD.
