I have to admit that I am really struggling with the cold this year and have been told, due to my body struggling to regulate its temperature, layers are my friend. As such, I tried to pick up some winter-warming layers, which I could easily put on and take off.
So like me, if you are hoping for warmer times, but still looking to keep warm here are a few choice items from Yours.
Yours Curve Grey & Blue Checked Midi Shacket

Shackets are once again a staple of the season. They have also been something I have wondered about trying for a while, so was interested to get my hand on one.
This particular Shacket is made from a cotton blend (including 1% wool) and is dry clean only. It offers cuffed sleeves, a button-up design and chest pockets. If you are wondering how to style a Shacket, then this one, in particular, works well with jeans, a t-shirt and a pair of boots to give that warm winter vibe.
Offered in a size 14 – 32, I have to admit, now I’ve tried it, I don’t think this is a fashion look I can pull off, however, I absolutely love how they look on others and they definitely offer a warm and comfortable style choice.
The Yours Curve Grey & Blue Checked Midi Shacket comes in at £55.99 and I would say is true to size.
YOURS Curve Black Faux Fur Lined Hooded Parka Coat

You know when you’re a teen and you refuse to wear a coat? Yeah, that’s still me in my thirties. So I thought it was probably time I got a coat. This particular parker is offered in a choice of three colours; black, navy and khaki.
The style offers a split dip hem and removable faux fur hood edging. Inside it is lined with teddy lining, and it offers two functional pockets. At the waist is a drawstring allowing you to adjust it as you wish.
If you are looking to layer the coat on top of layers then I would think about sizing up, however, it would fit fine over a t-shirt and jumper alone in your regular size.
The Yours Curve Navy Blue Faux Fur Lined Hooded Parka Coat comes in at £59.99 and is available in sizes 14 – 40.
Yours Curve Black Washed Pull On Bum Shaper Stretch LOLA Jeggings

I got a similar pair of these jeggings a few months ago in another colour, however, they do run on the larger size and I wanted to see how a size down would fit.
I have to admit I feel like they fit a lot better around the waist, hips and thighs. They do feel a little tight around the thighs but I’ve found they do stretch a little with wear, so I am not worried about this.
The Lola jeggings offer two usable pockets to the back, while the front ones are fake. They have definitely become a staple in my wardrobe and have finally got me out of black leggings and into something just a bit different.
The Yours Curve Black Washed Pull On Bum Shaper Stretch LOLA Jeggings come in at £24.99 and are offered in sizes 14 – 32.
So there you have some ideas to help keep you warm in the run-up to spring.
What do you think of these items, do you like any of them?

LOVE Yours clothing <3 I find the fits are great
They are really a great brand aren’t they and offer some wonderful clothing!
I absolutely love the boots. The leggings sound wonderful too. I do love Yours Clothing.
The jeggings are great – I’m glad I sized down as they do fit better.
Lots of great clothes – I love the jacket – looks fab for this weather!
A warm jacket is an absolute must isn’t it in the warmer weather.
I have lots of clothes in my wardrobe and I wear the cosy ones over and over. I love my parka
There is something about being in cosy clothing isn’t there? Winter clothes are just more comfy lol.
They all look reasonable and we all wear derivatives of them.
Definitely got to make sure we all stay warm and cosy during winter.
I love staying cosy in the winter with big Jumpers!
Ohh there is nothing quite like a big jumper is there?
British weather is so temperamental, so these clothes are great suggestions for keeping warm!
It really is! You never quite know what you will be subject to each day!
I live in a flat with floor to ceiling windows so you can imagine how cold my house gets when the cold windows just takes away all the heat in the house. I do need to look for warmer indoor loungewear although that shacket looks nice and thick to wear inside too
Oh gosh, I bet that can be really chilly in winter and a bit like a green house in the summer! We had really wide windows in the lounge and in the summer it is unbearable.
Lovely items here. I feel the cold too and layers are great. In the cold weather I always start with a thermal vest, they don’t need to look frumpy there are pretty ones
I did have an oodie but I was told that for me it wasn’t a good idea, its a shame as its really warm, so I’m trying to get good at layers now.
