  2. Secular means not connected with religious or spiritual matters. I don’t think there is any way Tarot can be described as for the secular soul even though it is not consistent with Christian or Islamic tenets. It is just another form of religious belief, and as a Christian I would advise anyone to be cautious about Tarot.

    1. No. Many non religious people use the tarot for creativity, self-improvement, and introspection. It’s not a religion.

  4. It all sounds way too complicated for me to get my head around! And I’m not sure I have the necessary ‘belief’. Mind you, that doesn’t stop me reading my horoscope every day, even though I don’t really believe in Astrology!

  5. I had a reading many years ago, but it was all to vague and had the feel of Gypsy Rose Lee at the end of the pier to me. Different people like different things and search for assistance in different directions.
