    1. It’s dubbed, so you don’t need to worry about subtitles – I know some people struggle with dubbing still though as the mouth movements don’t align with the wording lol.

  1. Who would have thought you’d get to week #42. I’d be interested to know how long you thought you’d be doing it when you started.

  2. I work with mental health and learning disabilities, and I can totally agree with you when you say ‘ticking boxes’, sometimes we feel that we are on our own.

Ps. there’s always the roof if your windows are urgent 😀

    1. It’s such a shame, I know my Mum gave up working as a nursery nurse as she felt the same way about childcare, she spent so much time ticking boxes she wasn’t spending time with the kids.

Haha! I do wonder if they thought that was where I would go.

  3. I’m sorry you’ve had such a rubbish week. I hope your shoulder feels better soon. Those flowers look gorgeous though.

    1. Thank you, me to it’s annoying me so much haha.

They are gorgeous and the lilies coming out are beautiful.

  4. I hope they sort your care soon because that is really rubbish, to be honest. I love the flowers, I always love having fresh flowers in my home.

    1. Thank you I’m keeping my fingers crossed. There is something about them isn’t there? Always bring a smile to my face.

  5. I’ve been meaning to check out Lupin! So sorry this week was such a horrid one, I can’t believe about your windows. Yes, you go wait upstairs even though there isn’t one!

    1. It was really good, as long as you can deal with dubbed things (I know some people struggle), I’m looking forward to season two.

  6. I am really not surprised about the Mental Health side, I have been trying for years to get C seen all they have is CAhMS who we tried and they admitted they did not understand ME and not the place for her, plus they had her in tears. I am still trying now to get her seen by someone. I also get the holding a pen as C struggles with this now as well xx

    1. It is crazy – things are meant to get better with time not worse? I don’t understand how things can be let to get this way. Of course, it’s not the people on the front line who have caused it though.

  7. I can totally relate to how the days just merge into one now. I’ve lost all concept of day and night and weekday/weekend, most of the time – lol! I like the sound of your local cake shop. Wish I had a decent one nearer me!

    1. It is so weird isn’t it? I’ve totally lost track of time as well no idea what time of day anything is anymore.

  8. That’s so bad about your mental health support and just because you’ve ticked the boxes thats it. Do you feel any better because of it? x

    1. I feel like I understand bipolar more which is good in some ways but doesn’t really help me cope more it just lets me think oh yes OK so that habit could be linked to bipolar. The SLS was interesting, life is so different right now though that I’ve not been able to practice so much as I normally would as I’m at home in a bubble of safeness in some ways, so I don’t have to worry about facing things I otherwise would, though of course in other ways I’ve had to use it in different ways. So swings and round-abouts.

  9. I feel a lot more anxious during this lockdown. The father of my ex partner died before Christmas from COVID. He was healthy with no underlying health conditions so it feels a lot more close to home now and find myself worrying and that then causes me heart palpitations and it’s just one vicious circle.

    1. Oh no I am so sorry it here that, I think when you know someone personally it often becomes more real even if you are very aware of the risks.

  10. Sorry to hear you have had a difficult week and hope your shoulder feels better soon. I have just found out that construction companies too are working as normal and not staying home, seems like this lockdown is not as strict as the first one

    1. It is crazy so much is still going on, I’ve noticed the roads are just as busy as normal, while in the first one they were so quiet.

  11. Aw the flower subscription sounds like it has cheered you up a little. I know what you mean about the days merging into one!!

    1. I know – I was like are you for real?! Apparently, we have to have them done before the end of March, but at least they have agreed to put it back for a few weeks.
