Nivea Naturally Good Chamomile Day Cream: Review
I’ve been speaking a lot about how I am getting better at looking after my skin at night, however how about in the morning?
I have to admit while I seem to be getting into a great skin care routine at night, morning is not so good yet. That said I have recently been using the Nivea Naturally Good Chamomile Day Cream for sensitive skin.
But what makes this cream different?
Nivea Naturally Good Chamomile Day Cream.
As you might have guessed this moisturiser has been made specifically for sensitive skin. It is a high quality day cream with 99% of natural origin ingredients and it is free from perfumes which can sometimes irritate the skin. Its refreshing formula with organic chamomile nourishes the skin, enhancing your natural beauty.
It has been formulated with ingredients sourced from nature to offer 24-hour hydration, alongside reducing redness, soothing skin irritation and itchy skin after sun exposure and fighting tightness. It moisturises your skin for 24 hours for healthy looking and fresh feeling skin.
For use: apply to dry skin after cleansing.

Personally, I’ve been impressed with this cream. I’ll be honest I don’t have much to measure it against, I’ve admitted before I’ve neglected my skin and that included doing nothing but really using a cleanser in the morning.
I did this mostly as I always felt like my skin was too oily for a day cream and it would make things worse. Of course, as I’ve been learning that isn’t true. In fact, making sure your skin is moisturised enough can help stop your skin being so oil-prone.
What do I Think of the Day Cream?
I of course as I’ve mentioned before have sensitive skin which suffers from redness. Alongside using other items such as serums which are said to help redness, I have noticed a marked difference in my skin.
One thing that stands out to me more than anything about this cream is on the days I forget to put it on I can feel my skin is more irritated.
When it comes to use, this is a light cream which is very easily absorbed into the skin. It does have a light fresh scent, but it is nothing overpowering and in fact quite pleasant.
After use, it leaves my skin feeling soft and soothed. Makeup applies well after it has dried and it definitely doesn’t make my skin more oily during the day. In fact, I may also dare to say it helps keep it at bay for a while.
For the price, I am really impressed with this cream and it will definitely be something I rebuy.

Chamomile is supposed to be great for your skin, really soothing. I’ll look into this for when my current moisturiser is empty!

Yes, I love anything chamomile, the tea always help my tummy calm down, so it follows this would be good to calm down some skin issues…I bet it smells good too!
It has a really nice scent, doesn’t stay around but nice as you apply it.

I’ve never heard of this product before. I didn’t even know Nivea made face cream. I love that you share how light the consistency is because when I think of this brand, my mind goes straight to their thick body cream, so this is something really different.
They do all sorts for the face and body these days, their range is huge. Well worth having a look into.

I might give this a go as I’ve been on the look-out for a new moisturiser to introduce to my skincare regime and I do have sensitive skin so this cream might be good for me.

As a certified skincare junkie I love a good moisturiser and Nivea is an amazing budget option. I’ve literally never had a problem with their formulas and this sounds like an awesome day cream!
Definitely, they are one of those brands that are perfect for people who have a love budget or don’t want to spend out.

It is really calming – I’ve noticed my skin has been itchy again and I’ve not been using it (found my pot again now) so I MUST start using it again.

Yes it’s a face cream, my Mum does – if she has too much of a serum or face cream she will use it her dry hands and knees and elbows and she swears it helps.
