Sally’s Wishlist 2017 #1
I don’t think there has ever been a dog as stubborn and perhaps spoilt as mine and she has told she is in need of some new items (apparently having half the bungalow covered in her items isn’t enough – it needs to be completely Sallified) and as such this January she has started her own wishlist round of her “I do need” items of the month.
Poppy Paws Dog Blanket.
Sally seems to have a thing about the great pet collection over at the Royal British Legion website (and who can blame her). As a dog who does love her blankets, it is hardly surprising she has added this Poppy and Paws blanket to her wishlist this month. I have to admit myself it does look cosy.
Extra-Long Lead.
As Sally has a bit of a phobia of other dogs it isn’t often we let her completely off the lead, so an extra-long lead such as this one, from a UK dogleads specialist might be a good idea. Allowing her more freedom while still giving us control, I think this one is a pretty smart addition Sal, well done.
Engraved Silver Bone Shaped Identity Tag.
Something that is very important and needs updating as your details change is of course an identity tag and Sal is very correct in that she needs some new ones done ASAP and as a fan of Lily Charmed myself it is good to see she is keeping up that trend by picking one of their bone shaped tags for herself.
Paw Print Kit.
For anyone whose dog stays still this might be a nice keepsake for your home or garden, containing all you need to make a stepping stone with your beloved pets paw print as the centrepiece. What’s more this kit from Ideal World costs just £6.99 , I think I might have to invest and see if I can get a certain someone to stay still for long enough.

I would love the Paw Print Kit – it’s so different although used to seeing them for foot- and hand-prints for babies. Would be a lovely gift for someone (or even me).

I don’t have any pets myself but my mom would love the things on this list for her dog! I will have to share it with her =)
I think my Beagle could challenge Sally in the stubbornness stakes, and he’s also totally spoilt to make up for his earlier life, he’s also totally loved and adored!

There are so many things that a dog needs but there is so much more that they would want. This is a great collection.

hello Sally! I like your wish list very much! I am going to tell my people that I need an extra long lead as well. I think my mum would like the pawprint kit for me and my sister! Our wish list has treats and toilet roll on it because we love to eat treats and shake strips of toilet toll. You should try it! It flaps round your ears!
Sally and Yoda need to meet, I’m pretty confident they would get on!

We haven’t had a dog in a long time. It’s nice to have them at home, they are very loving and loyal. I think it’s nice to be able to give them the things that they need. These are awesome items!
That’s a very spoiled baby doggie you got, our dog will love those too especially the extra-long lead for her leash.

I’m sure Sally would love everything in wishlist! I don’t have a dog but I know someone who also had their wishlist in her dog, I’m just happy to see pet owner doing this.

Aww I wish I had the paw print kit for my Tilly , she sadly had to be put to sleep in spetember and I am still absolutely heartbroken, she was my baby and I spoilt her rotten too. Would have been so nice to have that keepsake

Aww I bet, I’ve lived in flats with Sal but been lucky in most, the last had a private back garden even so it was almost like a house, but it can be hard.
I have talked to my dogs and they agree, this is a great wish list, lol. Of course I didn’t really talk to my dogs, but if they could talk, they would love all these things, especially the paw print blanket.

We put our prints in cement once. I thought it was the cat that would object, it wasn’t, it was the dog and he was pissed off for two days.

Like the idea of keeping paw prints in your garden, so even when your dog passes … you have that memory forever (as long as you take it along when you move). Nice idea
These are all great items! I really like the personalized tag.
My dog would really like to have the long lead. We can’t let him off leash as he will take off on us but having a long lead will give him the freedom to roam a bit further from us.
I think it is such a great idea, Sal’s come on a long way but I don’t think I would let her run free completely anymore with her hearing going.
