Valentines at Home Bargains

I have to admit every time I think I have seen it all they pull out another surprise – I wasn’t privy to the amount these items cost as I took the pictures and had a good munch so I decided to play a bit of a guessing game I knew it wouldn’t be a huge amount it is Home Bargains after all the home of amazing prices but I did assume it would be more guessing that it would come in somewhere between £12 and £15.
Sweets and Treats.

These could also be known as the way to Ash’s heart – he adores any sort of sweets and these chewy hearts definitely got a thumbs up from him, and with the ribbon if you’re short on time they are even really ready to give.
Chocolate Rose – 79p
I think this is a fantastic take on the gift of a rose – present in a tube, this rose includes a hollow chocolate bloom which I have to say is really quite tasty, though it took me a while to get the courage up to eat it as it really does look quite nice.
Gifts.
Heart Teddy – £1.99
What girl doesn’t love a teddy for Valentines? And this cute little guy offers you change from a £2 coin at the moment he’s taken to snuggling up with me at night while I have a read and I have to say I’m a-ok with that.
Heart Mug – £1.99
Honestly I adore this mug – it’s really quite simple in look, white with hearts but the larger base makes for a really sturdy mug and its just perfect to fill with a cuppa (or coffee which ever you like best) while you tuck into your sweets.
Photo Snow Globe – £1.99
I’ve often looked at these make your own photo globes and wondered about getting one but I think, for Valentines, it may just make an extra special gift. Pop into the store, grab one for your loved one, pop in a picture of you and them and let the hearts fall around you both.
Over all I totally love all these ideas from Home Bargains and I would be over the moon to receive any or all of them at any time.
What do you think of these gift ideas from Home Bargains, would you like to receive any of them?

Cute little Valentine’s goodies – I loved those tin-foil chocolate roses in high school – thought those were such romantic gifts, lol!
I need to find this store. I saw the roses for $3.99 in store today!
Those are some great ideas. Valentine’s Day is costing me a grip this year. I decided to get all 4 of my kiddos Valentine’s outfits, Valentine’s gift bags filled with lots of goodies, crafts to make, and I am bringing cookies and goodie bags to all the students in my sons classroom. I bought my hubs a personalized keychain, but he probably won’t like it. I have a feeling I am going to be out a lot more money on his gift, but one thing is certain – this Valentine’s is going to be awesome!
The snow globe is a wonderful idea-of course I have never seen one around here or I would get it in a flash. And anyone wanting to gift me that chocolate rose-I promise I will eat it all up with gratitude!
