5 Reasons You Need a SodaStream
I received a SodaStream free of charge to help with writing this post.
Have you ever wondered would a SodaStream be right for me? Or thought well they are just a gimmick right?
Well no, actually they are a great system which is for everyone and here are just 5 reasons you need a SodaStream.
Less Plastic.
While of course recycling is good – SodaStream lets you go one step further and limit your use of plastic.
It comes with a reusable plastic bottle and you can even buy extra so the whole family have one too! Meaning; less waste and more time enjoying the soda you love.
The bottles are all BPA-free and many can be washed in the dishwasher too!
Just keep an eye on the expiration date and buy new ones as needed.
Less Sugar.
SodaStream syrups contain less sugar than your regular soda.
In fact, in some cases, it can have up to 2/3rds less! Now that’s something to be excited about.
With syrups to make lemonade, ginger beer, cola, cream soda, orange, lime and even a couple of sugar-free versions too! You will be spoilt for choice.
To Takes Only Seconds.
SodaStreams are so simple to use. Honestly, I was surprised.
Once the gas is simply added to the back all you need to do is fill your bottle with water and then push the button on top to add as much sparkle as you like.
What’s more, each gas cylinder will make up to 60L of sparkling water, before a new one is needed.
Made To Your Taste.
We all like things a little bit different and with SodaStream that is simple.
You are in control of the carbonation, a little less for one persona and a little more for another is as simple as the press of a button.
While the same can be said for the syrups as well. I’m sure you will soon learn just how you love it.
Money-Saving.

My Thoughts.
Personally I was really surprised at how simple it was to use a SodaStream, for some reason I assumed they would need plugging in and would be a bit of a faff.
However, this was so far from the truth.
They are lightweight (the heaviest part is the gas), simple to put together and come in so many different colours, so you can really match them to your kitchen.

The lime fruit drop flavour would be my pick. I had one of these machines in the early 80’s and it was pretty good, although I remember the cartridges running out (GAs) all the time. I would share with my hubby Steve of course.
