Viridian Beauty Complex and Beauty Oil: Review
Viridian is a British brand, founded in Northampton back in 1999 by Cheryl Thallon who had worked in the natural products industry for many years in different guises from being editor of Natural Food Trader Magazine to UK Managing Director of Solgar Vitamins. Viridian now has a range of over 180 products today I today I am looking at just two of them which help to promote healthy skin, hair and nails.
Viridian 100% Organic Ultimate Beauty Oil
A great source of 3:6:9 fatty acid and anti-oxidants, Vitamin E and carotenoids including alpha-carotene, beta carotene and lutein it contains ingredients such as golden flax, hemp, avocado, evening primrose oils. It is suggested you take 2-3 spoons a day with food of the Virdian’s Ultimate Beauty Oil, and if you’re not one to particularly enjoy taking things straight for the spoon like me it is totally expectable to take it by drizzling over a nice salad or adding into a milkshake or smoothie.
Viridian Ultimate Beauty Complex
A combination of vitamins, minerals and plant-based phytonutrient it made to help maintain collagen integrity and support the underlying structures of healthy skin, hair and nails. With this one you just need to take a capsule a day. This supplement is developed to support the Ultimate Beauty Complex Oil for the ultimate in hair, skin and nails.
These beauty supplements are best taken together on a daily basis and apparently offer the ultimate boost to hair, skin and nails as well as containing ingredients that are said to help fight fatigue and boost your immunise system.
I’ve found they really seem to have pepped up my hair which had beforehand been falling out quite badly it seems to have slowed down and taken on a much more healthy shine, my nails are feeling stronger and even my skin seems to have found some of its long departed glow. I have to admit while I’m not a fan of the smell of the oil or tablets (why I decided to take a deep ‘sniff’ I will never know) and I couldn’t take the oil straight from the spoon – I am definitely a fan of the results and they will be something I shall be adding to my daily routine.

My hair falls out a lot too, these look like something that might work for me. I will have to give them a try

Thanks for sharing, I never heard of them but I have been using essential oils a lot more lately especially for beauty. I use tea tree oil for my face to reduce acne and clear my pores. I am now learning of all new uses as well.
Tea Tree is amazing isn’t it! It’s the one oil I’ve used for years though I never really thought about how natural oils were the way to go until recently 🙂 x

I’m not disputing the effect of these capsules of oil, but it would be cheaper to go to your supermarket to buy oils like hemp, avocado, and either make a mix yourself, or use them in recipes – like salad dressings.

I haven’t tried this particular oil, but now that I’m pregnant I actually enjoy using oil much more than lotion after a bath. So much nicer and makes my body so soft!

Sounds great, I use coconut oil on my baby’s cradle cap.

It’s horrid having brittle nails isn’t it – I never realised how lucky I was with my old strong ones lol x
