I love getting Sally new accessories and when I heard about the new site Denim 4 Dogs I just knew our Sal would love to try out one of their perfectly accessorized collars. Us two legged humans often wear jeans, as it's of course hard wearing, it can be dressed it up and down and of course you can add so many accessories to it, so really, doesn't it just make perfect sense to turn it into the perfect pooch collar.
One of the great things about Denim 4 Dogs is all of their items are handmade and crafted right here in the UK from their beautiful collars and leads, to their bandanas and treat bags.
It took me a while to narrow down which collar was right for Sal, while I loved the beautiful stone covered collars, I wasn't too sure Ash would like to be seen walking down the road with a blinging dog (he's a manly man after all) and spikes aren't really our Sal which left the collection of studded collars which cover a mix of designs from paw prints to bones, hearts to stars. The moment I saw the dog covered one though I knew it had to be. I mean what's better for a pooch to show off in than a pup covered collar.
The collar itself is fastened with a buckle and adjustable through a good couple of inches with each one also being available in a number of different sizes (X-Small through X-Large) with them also doing a range of Puppy collars for those newest members of the family.
Denim 4 Dogs use a beautiful soft and supple denim that doesn't need much breaking in to hopefully make for a comfortable collar for the much loved dog in your life, to me they seem in use to be wonderfully strong – I wouldn't have a worry about the moments Sal decided to tug and pull and so far it has lived up to all of my expectations and even Sal looks pretty proud of herself in her dashing denim collar.
The Denim Doggy Collar from Denim 4 Dog starts at £19.95 (on sale at the moment for £14.96 saving you an amazing 25%)
