New to the virtual shelves at Cocktail Cosmetics is Butter LONDON, their ‘3 Free’ nail colours (free from Formaldehyde, Toluene and DBP) are now flying high on the shelves along with other much loved brands.
Cocktail Cosmetics was established four years ago and are the official stockiest of many well-known brands, customer service and fast delivery come high on their minds, and they strive to make sure 100% of orders reach people in perfect condition by storing all stock in a temperature controlled environment.
I have to admit although I have seen Butter LONDON on other blogs in the past yet I haven’t tried them myself so I was really excited to be sent Lillibet’s Jubilee to have a play with.
Described as a silvery lavender metallic foil I was so excited when this little beauty rolled out of the bubble wrap I have nothing like it – for some reason I seem to lack lavender colours in my polish collection.
I was slightly worried about using a rectangular shaped lid as a handle, I could see it being quite uncomfortable and hard to maneuver but on lifting it off you find a lovely little round one much more kind to the hand.
I used two coats on my nails to get the following finish, I found it glided on easily and I didn’t have too many edges that needed cleaning up which makes a change with me being old Miss Messy.
I found it quickly went tacky but took quite a while to fully dry, giving me a good reason to get Ash running around for me, so I didn’t mess up my nails ;). Meaning this is not a leave it till the last minute polish, but once it’s dry you have a great looking polish that (for me) lasted for days.
You can pick up this polish along with other gorgeous colours from Cocktail Cosmetics for £12
I have never heard of this brand but I love that it is ‘free from’ and the nail polish colour is lovely 💅
