ALUXURY
With a brand belief that home fragrance should not only uplift your living space but also be environmentally conscious and help uplift your spirits. This means that all of their products are vegan-friendly, cruelty-free, and eco-conscious.
Started in 2020 after the founder had suffered 6 months of anosmia and found a renewed appreciation of scents, on the return of their sense of smell, while they also realised the power of scent, can have a profound impact on your wellbeing. As such, they decided to create a range which incorporated luxury, well-being and sustainability.
All of the candles, diffusers, and oils are carefully made in the UK using only natural premium essential oils and professional techniques. While they also supply a range of electric products and accessories to help enhance the home scent experience.
ALUXURY kindly sent me a candle and diffuser from their range.
Odyssey 30cl Luxury Scented Candle
For the candle I went for the Odyssey blend which offers a blend of; Oud, Jasmine and Cedarwood to create an ambience of precious, sensual and exotic warmth which is therapeutic and soothing.
Personally, I always think cedarwood and sandalwood which are both included in the base notes of this candle alongside amber, come together to be a warming and calming scent which is perfect for a relaxing evening. These are found alongside middle notes of rose and praline which offer a soft floral addition, while the top notes give that woody, spicy kick to it. (There are in total 40 essential oils blended to make this impressive scent).
The candle of course has been made with vegan-friendly and cruelty-free wax, while it is housed in a frosted glass jar and presented in eco-friendly packaging, with no access plastic.
Offering up to 40 hours of burn time (burned in 2 – 4 hour sessions) this candle helps to bring a relaxing and uplifting ambience to the home.
You will find yourself impressed with this candle from a cold sniff to the throw of the fragrance while burning. Due to the natural premium essential oils used, you get this wonderfully natural scent, which is so far from other offerings you can come across on the market.
The beautiful packaging and luxury scent make this a true treat for yourself or to give as a gift.

Harmonious Luxury Essential Oil Reed Diffuser
The other scent blend which jumped out at me was Harmonious which is made to be calming and relaxing and has notes of; Peach, Lavender and Vanilla Musk.
I am someone who has always been drawn towards lavender and vanilla scents, so it is of little surprise that this number jumped out at me. It contains a blend of fruity top notes, floral middle notes and warm and comforting base notes, and having smelt it I found it to work beautifully in the bedroom.
The diffusers are offered in two sizes 100ml (£23.99) and 200ml (£32.99), with them offering 4-6 months for 100ml or 6-9 months for 200ml when it comes to usage duration.
One of the things I love about diffusers is you pop them into your room of choice and pretty much forget about them, bar turning the reeds every now and then, but as you walk past you disturb the scent and get this wonderful experience of being surrounded by it, while, of course, it also beautifully fills the room.
I found this diffuser really did fill the room with fragrance and it is such a good blend for those times when you need to relax and unwind, so I could see it would work well in the candle offering if you wanted to have a couple of hours of downtime and self-care. However, for the bedroom, it is wonderful in the diffuser.
I am really impressed with both the diffuser and candle, the blends are so well thought through from how well they disperse into the air to those aromatherapy features. For me, ALUXURY will really be a brand I go back and purchase from for myself and as gifts!

Love a scented candle and these look great.
There’s nothing quite like a nice candle is there.
I have not heard of this brand but the products look lovely
2 things really, as much as I love smelling nice things, we don’t use them in our home, we have good old fashioned air coming through the windows. My partner has an Allergy and sinus trouble, I like to smell nice , but its really not worth the hassle. So always looking, for unscented soaps or something with atiny tiny bit smelling nice
It’s hard when you have issues like that isn’t it – you have to be so careful with everything you use!
As a dog owner, I’m really aware that my home might smell ‘doggy’ especially as she gets older. It’s good to read about home fragrancies which have not been tested on animals.
Definitely I always used to worry about my home selling doggy and love having fragrances around.
The scents sound lovely and a the candle has a nice long burn time! I love that they are cruelty free too x

I love filling my home with reed diffusers, they last such a long time and are a safer option than a candle! I will be checking out ‘ALUXURY’ as I’ve not come across their home fragrances before

Definitely I think it’s a change we all need to try and make where possible as well I know it’s impossible all the time but a little change here and there can make a big difference.
I’ve only just started using diffusers and love trying out all the lovely scents. This one sounds gorgeous!
They are so nice to have around the home aren’t they, smell so much more natural than some options and you can just pop them up and forget about them.

Rose is a lovely scent as well – vanilla with anything always has me wanting to try them.

I love the different scent offerings. My husband is a massive fan of sandlewood too and cedarwood whilst I’m a more vanilla type girl. With kids around, I always prefer diffusers. Great to see how all their products are eco conscious.
Definitely, they have really thought about the whole process and made sure it is eco-conscious and just smells amazing, the perfect all rounder.
