Printster The Personalised Gift Shop – Review

I’ve long spoken about how I am a fan of everything personalised. There is something about the fact someone has taken time out to order something specifically with you in mind, using images or wording you love that is just special. 

Recently I was introduced to Printster, who offer a range of unique gifts quickly dispatched within the UK. 

But just who are they?

Printster has been producing a range of personalised products for 15 years now. Offering a range of items which includes anything from wrapping paper to socks and mugs to prints.

In fact, they have over 1000 personalised products to choose from. Many of which are really quite unique. As well as offering gift ideas, they also cater to businesses, with their promotional mugs coming in as a firm favourite with companies across the UK.

What’s more when it comes to shipping they can have your item off to you as quickly as the next businesses day for many of the items found on their website.

To have a look at the items they sold Printster kindly gave me some credit to spend on their website and this is what I went for.

Personalised Drum Sticks.

For as long as I can remember, my Dad has always banged about on the table with his hands and we’ve always said he should really play the drums. While I couldn’t get him a full drum set I did think it would be fun to get him some drum sticks.

Coming personalised with his full name, I may keep getting asked Sarah where’s my drum sticks can I have them yet.

The drum sticks are standard-sized 5A, and have been laser engraved with my Dad’s name on each stick. However, you can choose up to 32 characters of your choice on each stick. 

I have to admit I know little about drum sticks however, Ash says they have a nice balance and feel good in the hand.

Your Dog on Socks.

Sally will always be with me, that is a given. she might not be here in dog form, but she left many memories and a lot of love. So I thought it would be fun to try the “your dog on socks” socks.

Coming in a choice of colours and sizes. All you need to do is provide a photo of your dog and the people at Printster will crop it down to just your dogs face.

The socks are made using a technique that should offer a long-lasting print. Just remember to wash at 30, inside out and not to tumble dry. 

As well as dogs on socks you can also put; your face, your friends face, two peoples faces and even cats on socks.

Promotional Wrapping Paper.

Offering a range of both personalised and promotional wrapping paper, I couldn’t help but get my logo put on some! I’m sure it will come in useful when I’m sending off some prizes as well.

The promotional wrapping paper is simple to make. Just upload your logo to the website and Printster will tile it across the paper to make it stand out.

Made on premium paper and matt coated, the wrapping paper offers a high-quality look and feel.

A 1 meter roll of paper comes in at £9.99. 

Square Photo Keyring.

Back to Sally and a way I can carry her with me, thanks to this beautiful photo keyring. With your photo printed on both sides and a glossy finish, this keyring is something special. It even comes complete with a gift bag. 

When it comes to sizing you are looking at around 57mm, making it perfect for any keychain. 

To order just upload the picture you would like, and Printster will do the rest. 

This particular style of keyring comes in at £6.99. 

Overall Thoughts.

I am really impressed with Printser. From the products themselves to the thought put into the presentation, everything is really well done.

I can definitely see me heading back to them. Both for present ideas and for any products I need for my blog. 

They have a wide range of ideas which are offered at reasonable prices, considering quality and speed.

  55. I would be getting the keyring and socks for my daughter Lisa… Her dog is her life and 6 months ago diagnosed with Diabetes by the vets….. Lisa does all the insulin both morning and night for her despite having autism and BPD herself…….. she has shown real strength and character.

  129. I think I would get some keyrings with photos of my children and my dogs. There are a few design shapes to choose from. My mum-in-law wouldlove one with her beloved grandchildren on it.
