  1. I have found this very interesting, i have got to get more exercise and lose some weight, put so much on recently, not doing enough exercise that’s for sure, walking is good, but i have been thinking about a bike, not using the buses so much

  6. I’m trying to get fitter and I’m really trying to walk more. I’m back using my fitbit so I can track how much I move and each week me and my dad try and do a good walk x

  9. I’ve been trying to get to a healthier weight. I’m walking more, especially now since we have better weather. Hopefully, I’ll be able to incorporate some of these other activities too.

  11. My gym mmebership has just finished and I plan to do some long walks over the summer to keep me in the game and start a new gym when the kids go back to school. Mich x

  12. These are some excellent tips to bring back fitness. I am not a gym person myself. I am wanting to add fitness back also into my routine. After my fasting month is over then I am going to start this with good attentions.

  13. Starting easy with walking is a great way to get back to fitness. This can take so many forms, from just choosing to take the stairs to actually walking around a park, anyone at any age can benefit.

  18. I enjoy walking and I made 10,000 steps a goal before. I thought it would be easy but it wasn’t. LOL. It’s still my goal though.

  19. These are great tips! I’m learning to do the things I like to get me moving and then build upon them. I’m not a fan of the gym because of all the people but perhaps finding a non-busy time will help with that.

  20. With my husbands new diagnosis with sugar and my ongoing with MS we have been trying to implement little extra changes in our fitness routine, or lack there of.. We have started a dedicated walking group with a few family and friends.. So far so good!

  22. I have found that once I got into a routine it has really become a part of my life that I enjoy. If I miss a workout I feel weird and always want to get it in.

  25. I probably should get back into fitness. I am allergic to gyms though. I prefer NOT to go. But I do try to jog daily.

  26. I actually do go to the gym three times a week. Some days I hit it really hard and other days not so much. It’s always better to go with a friend because they can motivate you to keep going.
