MyFace Cosmetics Lil’ Bling Review

I’ve noticed myface lil’ bling chrome nail polish’s around Boots in the past, but always passed them by as I’ve been worried about that streaky look you often get with other chrome finish polishes, so when I was asked if I wanted to give some a try I jumped at the chance.

I’ll admit the first time I put it on my heart sunk with the first coat and the alarm bells rang, but I carried on and boy am I glad I did, because they came out beautifully.

Morococo £6.99 – Each lil’ bling is made to match perfectly with a blingtones eyeshadow, it took just two coats to create this gorgeous look. 

The bottles are slightly chubbier than I have used in the past so getting used to handling them took a few tries, which is why at first I was slightly worried, once I had become used to the size I could of easily got away with just one coat.

It’s really quite hard to capture the colour of this but it’s quite silky in looks, a light pinky brown, understated yet totally gorgeous when you want something to not be too intrusive, but still shout luxurious, the way the light catches it just makes it shine.

Sugarplum -£6.99 I wasn’t sure about this colour before I put it on, but once it was on I fell in love.

A deep aubergine in colour, this again catches the light beautifully and gives off rich lustre if you look more at the bottle you can see with both small clusters of glittering particles, and swirls of colour which when painted on all seem to bind together to give the amazing effect these polishes give off.

To be honest I can’t think of one bad thing about them I am completely won over by them, and feeling rather bad at all those times I walked on by them ‘just in case.

Oh and because playing is nail varnish is fun.

Both colours together, sponged on with a scourer, quite cuffed with it as a random why don’t I / first attempt.
