  1. For years I’ve been trying to establish a good sleep rhythm and sometimes I succeed, sometimes not. Since I work from home, I often know that I stay awake until 1am or 2am, because then the easiest way for me to work. Since I can not sleep for long, I wake up at 7am or 8am and I often feel that I have not slept enough. I will have to try to lie at the latest at 11PM and try Curamin Extra Strength.

  2. Am so guilty of it. My phone keeps me awake and making me hard to to sleep early. Im tiring to lessen my time with mobile phones to have a better sleep.

  3. I really believe that anxious thoughts are what keep me from getting good sleep. More than not I will wake up with some sort of ache or even a headache. These are some great tips.

  4. I need at least 9 hours of sleep each day to energized. Thought there’s some day that is hard to get a good sleep. I normally do not spend much time on computer or phone 2 hours before bed time. Also lstening to relaxing music helps as well.

  5. I have a two year old that insists on sleeping with us in a queen size bed. Sadly, I rarely get a good nights sleep because I have a foot or head in my back LOL

  7. I am lucky to sleep like I do. My husband has sleep problems and until we found a fix for it, it took a serious toll on his body.

  8. Thanks for sharing this! Sleep and I have never been “best friends.” I did not know insomnia can be caused by a low magnesium level! I have too look into that.

  9. Stress is definitlely something that if I could eliminate I would sleep so much better at night! I also think eliminating caffeine after 2pm is a great tip. I’ll have to try some of these out. Thanks for sharing!

  10. I am extremely fortunate that I am not usually someone who has trouble sleeping. The only exception is lately because I have been so sick. I have always felt for those who struggle with insomnia.

  11. First of all love the images you picked for this article. I am one of those who have problems with sleeping. Sometimes I use melatonin but it makes my woozy the next day. I am intrigued to find out more about the CPAP machine.
