Sabichi Pug Range: Review
Woof woof! Is your Mum barking mad for Pugs? Then perhaps she might love something from Sabichi’s new Pug range, which contains a number of items such as a mug set, pillow, tray and shopping trolley, while prices start at just £2.50, meaning there is something for every pocket.
Sabichi kindly send me a couple of items from the pug range to have a look at.
Sabichi Pug Espresso Set – £12.50
This beautiful espresso set comes fully gift boxed (top picture) so completely ready to gift if need be and contains 4 espresso cups and saucers made from a fine bone china, each of which has a 3oz capacity. The set contains two different bright and contemporary designs the first of the pug with slightly offset outline on red with matching saucers and the second the two striped mugs with have matching green saucers.
For someone who likes pugs and coffee, I can imagine this design bring a huge smile to their face each and every morning as they settle down for their wake up espresso, small cup in hand and perhaps the paper in the other, morning TV on.
The mugs themselves are a lovely quality, with the print on each one coming across as bright, bold and eye-catching while still being uniform and obviously matching with one another, when it comes to the design it has obviously been well thought out – with the downsizing from a normal sized cup and saucers exact, even down to the curved lines of the handles.
If you have fallen in love with the pug espresso mugs but a more of a normal coffee or tea person Sabichi do offer a 4 piece mug set for £7.50 which while the designs are slightly different are just as lovely.
Sabichi Pug Lap Tray – £12.50
If you’re looking for something a bit different from the Sabichi Pug range for your Mum, then how about this beautiful lap tray measuring in at 43.6 x 33.6 x 6.5cm. If she likes to work on her laptop, do some crosswords, crafting or even just have a TV dinner then this lap tray maybe the answer.
The lap tray will take up to a 10kg load and the underside features a filled cloth area allowing it to fit both comfortably and offer a stable surface for whatever you are doing. Having been a user of lap trays for a while, for my laptop, I have to say I think this one feels very sturdy and of course being the dog lover I am, I adore the offset outline dog print that features so vibrantly on this tray.
I personally adore this range, I think the quality for the price is fantastic and I would love to add the larger mugs and cushion to my collection at some point in the future.

Those are really sweet! However no amount of sweet will persuade me that Pugs are always sweet natured lol, they can be stroppy little dogs and are quite hard work so I’m told!
