Personalised pewter wine label and wine: Review
Hopefully my Dad won’t mind me telling you all his age, as he did get to enjoy a nice glass of wine or two because of it.
A while back I was contacted by the lovely people at GiftsOnline4U and asked if I would like to review one of their pewter engraved labelled bottles of wine, now I don’t drink and so I knew straight away the person (or couple) to try this had to be my Mum and Dad and with my Dad’s birthday just about it hit, I knew it was the perfect excuse to treat and embarrass him at the same time.
GifsOnline4U offer a whole range of pewter engraved labels, with ones available for most special days across the year. When it comes to birthdays this particular range allows any age to be engraved onto the label alongside the message of your choice.
Other labels include the ability to add photos and fingerprints and the tipple of choice can be changed from wine to champagne, whisky, vodka and port to name just a few.
Personally I think the label looks fantastic – I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, would it just be of a pewter coloured piece of paper, but no it is a thin layer of pewter that has been embossed with the intricate design and is then printed with the wording of your choice.
If you want to go for the wine at the moment there is two different options in the birthday section for white the option is a 75cl bottle of Italian Pinot Grigio and for red a 75cl bottle of Merlot.
My Dad’s bottle was a Chilean Merlot and was apparently really well enjoyed, with its crisp fruit flavour and was drunk alongside a nice birthday meal.
The personalised birthday pewter labels (with bottle of wine) costs £29.99 and can be brought from GiftsOnline4U and is something I could definitely see myself buying as a gift for family and friends as I think it makes for a wonderful gift, that could even be kept for years to come.
What do you think of the idea of the wine; could you see yourself gifting it to someone?

*I received this product free of charge for the purposes of this review.

Hello,
I am raising my hand because I love subscription boxes. We don’t drink wine very often, though, but this would make a great gift to friends and family.

Well that Fathers Day sorted! My dad has been a member of wine club for years- he even has his own excel spreadsheet with tasting notes so he can match wine to the dishes we eat!
He does NOT, however, have his own pewter labelled bottle!
