I've always struggled with my weight, for as long as I can remember it's been something that I have had issues with.
Of course being on meds that make me want to eat doesn't help.
When I was on a higher dose I would eat SO MUCH after taking them. I'd find empty wrappers hidden in places and not even remember eating it as they also made me into a bit of a zombie. It could be quite scary.
Then, of course, my mobility went and I could no longer do the long walks and exercise I used to, so my weight crept up again.
I hate looking in the mirror and seeing the face that looks back now.
I try and be more conscious of what I eat these days. However, I do admit I look at different ways that may help me more in the long run.
Lately, I've come across HYPOXI Knightsbridge.
A company who specialises in weight loss using in some parts HYPOXI machines, which have been designed by Sports Scientist Dr Norbert Egger.
They are used to target specific areas of stubborn fat and are aimed at those people who need an extra helping hand.
The machines themselves come in a number of different shapes and settings, allowing them to target different areas of stubborn fat, depending on the client's needs.
While HYPOXI Knightsbridge also uses a mix of vacuum therapy, compression therapy and fat burning exercise to help bring around better weight loss.
Now I'm not sure this particular would work for me, it is definitely interesting to see all the different progressions in the weight loss industry.
Plus I am sure for many it has helped them get rid of that stubborn fat area and as such has helped them feel more confident in themselves.
For me I will continue working on myself, I will at least try and become more positive about what I have to live with.
Personally, as well. I thank plus size bloggers every day who go to show just how amazing they can look, I really do look up to them and thank them.
Have you ever heard of this type of weight loss treatment before, is it something you might try?
